We clean residential, lived-in homes and businesses, usually on a reoccurring basis, in the East Valley areas of Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, Tempe and Queen Creek. We are open for business Monday through Friday from 7:30 to 4:30. We show up when we say we'll show up, do what we say we'll do, and carry all the insurance necessary to keep you and your home safe.
If you are new to us, scheduling a house cleaning, starts with a phone call, usually to schedule an "in-home" visit or estimate. While some questions can be answered over the phone, others can't, at least not accurately. It is worth the time for both of us to start it right. Once the quote has been approved we'll set up a regular cleaning day and time at the frequency that works best for you.

Services
We come with our own supplies and rarely make exceptions for using yours. We don't clean with bleach nor ammonia, and we are very careful about what we allow our staff (and your home) to be exposed to. If you have a 2 to 3 foot step ladder, we would use it at times to reach your high areas. Many of our clients don't want to or can't be around their homes while we are cleaning.

We have used Maids On The Spot since 2010 both commercially and personally with very few issues. We have used their services for facility cleaning and window cleaning on a regular basis. I also like that they use plant based cleaners, so they do a great job cleaning without harmful chemicals.
Bern is one of the owners and my main contact for if we need special services or have any issues with anything and he is very responsive. They do their best to accommodate any special requests for their clients.

Maids On The Spot has been a cleaning company I have relied on for 17 years. They have blessed me by helping to make my house a home for me to raise my children in. Every other week two very professional and kind maids would show up to clean my home top to bottom. They are trustworthy, reliable and hard working. I have used Maids on the Spot for about 15 years. I love the way they clean—one room is deep cleaned every visit. They also offer a whole-house deep clean if you need it. We have used their window-cleaning service as well. The maids are professional and I’ve never had a problem with any of them. They have always done their best to accommodate my schedule. I would highly recommend them!

I employed Maids on the Spot for $119 biweekly and literally got spot cleaning. I paid for the entire service but want to inform others of my experience. We were told they were going to be here 2-3 hrs and instead were here 1.5hrs. They did not vacuum except for 1 mat of which they stayed they would vacuum the floors and then mop with a real mop. The mop with an apparatus and a sponge instead. I was left with stains still on the floor from before. There was hair still on the floor. They spot cleaned. The bathrooms still had urine dripping down the seats from where they sprayed and did not wipe

Called Maids on the Spot for a specialty clean on a home going up for sale. Vern was so accommodating and flexible and gave experienced advice. We had to reschedule once and they worked us in and even sent out their window washing guy. Impressive since I clearly indicated this may only be a one-time job and they all went above and beyond. Horrible experience. Bern is extremely disorganized. I set an appt with him, but then he later had to change it because he had overbooked for that day. I had no problem with rescheduling. Office help, Sandy, called to confirm time with me. I couldn't make it at that time, as I had to meet my son at his school. I could meet any other time that week, as I work from home. She told me Bern would call me to coordinate a time. No call from Bern. 2 maids show up unexpectedly; no notice.
