We were in need of a move-out cleaning for two properties and one needed to be on Sunday. They were the only ones available just about any time and their response was really quick which was important to me so we can schedule around the cleaning. Two people came for the first house on Wednesday and did a fabulous job, Today is Sunday and we are having them clean our house as we speak and are doing a wonderful job as well. Very thorough and meticulous. I saw them use Q-tip to clean some hard to reach areas! I changed the appointment time on them several times and it was always "No problem"

We have been using The Art of Clean for about a year and I couldn't be happier. The quality of the work is excellent and they are always on time and efficient. They clean things I forget need to be cleaned, they follow my requests and are flexible when scheduling. I especially like the online account feature, which allows me to book or reschedule anytime I want. Super convenient! They have usually been able to accommodate my last minute "can she come asap?!" requests. Let's just say I have 3 messy kids and relatives who just LOVE to give me short notice that I'm hosting

After reading several reviews about scheduled appts getting delayed by several hours and even cancelled by Andrea, I was hesitant to book, but figured that maybe she had ironed out those kinks at some point. I was trying to give her business the benefit of the doubt and so rearranged my work schedule and the time I normally take care of my 91 yr old grandmother to book a deep cleaning appt for 11am on Saturday. Would never use again. First of all, they grossly underestimated the amount of time needed to do my house - at 70% complete wanted more money to extend the service - at additional cost to me. That alone wouldn't have been an issue (I do realize it is an estimate - but they should TRY to be reasonably accurate) but my primary concern was:
* The work that had already been completed was not satisfactory - the counter tops were poorly wiped down, the ceiling fan was left dusty, the inside of the windows were poorly cleaned - dirt all of my hand touching after they just cleaned it, and they missed

Chose this company after a reasonable quote for a move-out clean. I was able to add spaces to be cleaned a la carte, such as under cabinets, blinds, etc. They arrived, cleaned, and left while I was at work, per my request. My landlord was impressed at the walk-through and I received my entire rental deposit back. Only 4 out of 5 stars for some dust still left on the blinds, but I'm sure if I had been home before they left, they would've taken care of it. They will be my first choice if we need a cleaning service at my new place.

Would select 0 stars if possible. Luckily, this service was supposed to be a complimentary service from a restoration company and I didn't have to pay for it. The first time they were supposed to come out there was never a set time and I guess they just expected me to be home. So they came and I didn't come home until 20 mins after they decided to leave because they said no one was home. Then Andrea rescheduled a second cleaner to come out the next day at 9am....10:00 came along and no cleaner. When I called she said they would be there in 2-3 hours. Andrea will say all of the right things and make you believe she's got everything under control, in fact she is not. I have a vacation home in Palm Springs, and it took her girl Jules almost 8 hours to clean my house! For the past 2 years it never took anyone more than 5 hours, and that was when the house was trashed during Coachella weekend!
Andrea warned me that she is having problems with Jules and that she may charge me up to 10 hours on her first visit. When I asked why her answer was because it was her first time. Needless to say, Jules cleaned my house just one time, and after that
