I became a life coach because I absolutely love helping people live a better life. When I watch the progress my clients make from one session to the next, it makes me positively giddy. Seriously, I'm not kidding. I'm a cheerleader, problem solver, crappy thought buster, mojo miner, strength finder, life purpose decoder, path clearer, plan builder, hand holder, ass kicker and all around partner in your success.
I will do whatever it takes to get you where you want to go as fast as possible! I have a sassy, fun-loving style that flows between handholding, pathfinding and ass kicking. After 8 years "stuck" in an industry I wasn't passionate about, Keisha helped inspire and motivate me to finally take the steps needed to get me out of my career slump. I met Keshia in 2016 she has helped me grow as a women. Opened my eyes spiritually and business wise. I set up an appointment with Keisha immediately after hearing her speak on a Podcast. She has that really positive energy and contagious laugh that draw you right in. :) My original intention was to get career coaching from Keisha. But she pretty much turned into my coach for other areas of my life as well with good results. It is nice to have Keisha on your side as an advocate, a coach, and someone to hold you accountable. I highly recommend her!

I started out trying to write a pithy review listing all the reasons why Keisha is amazing but figured you could just read all the other 5-star reviews to see that list. I do concur with the reviews I've read, but I only got through about 10 before I said, "Alright already, yep, she's awesome!"

Keisha is a great coach. I didn't realize I have already reached out to her many years ago but I was not ready to sign up for a coach then and recently, I went to a talk called "Finding Your Mojo" (or something like that) at the local mystical bookstore called East West Bookstore in Mountain View. Keisha's life coaching style is a great mix of empathy, positivity and intuitively getting to the core in a situation. I've been working with her for over a year when I get stuck or need clarity in my personal and/or professional life.

I've been a follower of Keisha for years now... I first met her at a talk she gave for a local Chamber of Commerce business event and was instantly attracted to her upbeat, fun but no BS attitude. I recently attended Keisha's Goals 2016 workshop and was thoroughly wowed, delighted and productive-imagine all that in one workshop! The materials we were provided, an inspirational planner and 2016 calendar, were thoughtfully chosen-clearly Keisha puts a lot of thought into what she is facilitating and what the best, creative tools will be for those of us attending. Keisha is the best! There have been times where my head is clouded from work stress and I just need someone to sort out a plan for me. Somehow she gets to the root of how she can help quickly and efficiently. She helps with work, family, health and reminds you to see that they are all connected. I too found Keisha through Yelp, and I am so glad that I did! I was feeling stuck in my life, particularly related to my job, and decided to enlist the help of a life coach. I think one of Keisha's strongest talents is cutting through all the crap you tell yourself to find out what is really keeping you stuck. For me, it turned out that there were many truths in my life that I needed to face first, as well as prioritizing the things in life that are really important to me. Keisha gently guided me to those difficult places and explored them with me. It felt a lot less scary to examine
