To be honest after booking with them I came here and I saw that bad review and was a bit sceptical for their service but their treatment over the phone and the car service were amazing. Two days before my flight I called just to be sure that everything is all set and the lady on the phone assured me that the car will be at my house about 10- 15 minutes before the scheduled time (4am). And on the date they were there 15 minutes before that time. The car was very nice. New and perfectly clear inside. The driver was polite and everything went perfectly even for the return. They know how to treat customers

We used Limo Envy for my daughter's prom last night and were very pleased.
Like the review from 2011, the initial phone call kind of made me wary because I had a hard time understanding the mumbling man with accent answering the phone. However, the service and email communication setting up the details was very professional and friendly. My daughter and her friends loved their driver Mike.

this is just based on their customer service over the phone...
i called not too long ago to inquire about wedding transportation prices. the first to pick up was an automated service that asked to leave your name after the beep so that your call would be transferred to an "agent"
fine.
the next person that picked up was a man, who mumbled some sort of introduction that i could not for the life of me understand.
i said, "hello, i am inquiring about availability and pricing for

The one bad review must have been a fluke because I use Limo Envy for my super wealthy high maintenance never pleased boss and he has only ever given me great feedback. As for my experience with them, they haven't let me down. When I needed a last minute reservation they accomodated without question and they were early! I also referred a friend to Limo Envy and they came back happy campers too. Give them a shot, you won't be disappointed.
