I went to go get my car washed. I pulled out cash to tip the gentleman cleaning my car. As I was walking towards my car get my keys and to tip the guy, I dropped part of his tip. I turned around and saw the cash on the floor an employee named Chepe picked them up and refused to give them to me. When I asked for it again, I asked ensuring that he wasn't joking. He says I'm not joking it was on the floor it's mine. In my opinion a person like this does not deserve to be handling your car or your personal property. In my opinion he is a thief. I have a monthly membership here I come about twice a week it’s awesome but Jesse one of the leads I think is amazing dude has the best attitude and is super courteous and professional he should be the assistant manager!!

Not that happy, my floor mats/interior was not vacuumed or cleaned. I still have visible dust/dirt. Dirty areas were still there.
There was water spots all around, my side steps still had dirt on them. For the price of about $23 I knew it wasn’t going to be an outstanding job but I thought the more bigger areas would be attempted to clean but to my surprise it wasn’t. Very disappointed.

I always get a hand wax and they put in a lot of time perfecting your cars finished look! It can get busy but today was a short wait since everyone is at work during the week. Their facility has a lot to look at while you wait. They also have monthly memberships! I like this handwash since it's way more gentle and competent than the machine washes. Thank you!

TERRIBLE!!!! I pointed out several areas of my car that needed attention and the "gentleman" kept telling me "that won't come off" oddly enough when I went to get a towel for myself and little rubbing myself it came right off! And I paid $72 for a wax! I'm cool! NEVER AGAIN!!

Don't come here! But if you do, you can expect 1hr plus wait and poor quality car wash. I used to have the monthly membership so I would come here on Saturdays but wait times started getting longer (1-1.5hr) and wash quality less than mediocre so I cancelled my membership. After a few months I decided to try them on a weekday, non peak hours, and to my surprise the experience was even worse. After 40 minutes waiting my car wasn't even in the wash bay yet so I asked for my keys hit the road.

Several months ago, was my initial visit in my Hyundai Elantra GT, they did a decent job with no issues or concerns except for the length of time. However, since the car is a compact in size their efforts and energy wasn't significant.
Moreover, I recently experienced a very passionate and paying close attention to detail with my Porsche Macan S.
Although, it was during a busy period they took care of me. For example:

I have been going to this car wash for a month now. I go there because I want the inside of my car cleaned.
Unfortunately every time I go I get less and less. Back seat was not vacuumed well at all. Dust is still all over my dash. The area where the gear shifter and cup holder doesn’t even look like it was wiped at all. I hate to complain, but I will be talking to someone when I go back next week.

Website says open till 6pm. Showed up at 5:08 pm. Trash cans are already blocking the lanes but there's one car waiting to be vacuumed before entering the wash. Manager comes out says they're closed. I mentioned the website ours and he says his compressor is out, machine is not working and he can't wash my truck. I then point at the car being vacuumed and ask if he's going to wash that car. He stutters and puts his head down. Horrible service. Can't post business hrs on your website and then decide to close early. Not getting my business.

I came here to try the car wash. Been reading so many bad reviews but they did an amazing job. My car was really dirty. Haven't washed in about 2 months and was i impressed. They cleaned up my sons milk, cereal spills. Definitely recommend this place. Also found out they fix windows, they do tint next door. Great place for all your needs. I spoke to ti t guy and he's a cool dude. Will definitely bring my car for tint next time. They do M3 tint also do front windshield sun protection. Highly recommend it. You can also get a monthly Olán for small fee. Don't forget to tip the people

I am leaving a one star review for the service. We waited 2 hours just to get a wash, but the interior quality was horrible, they said they would do a thorough vacuum, a wipe down, and a scent tree added. Once we have received the car, the carpet and seats were still dirty, and there was no scent tree in the car...

If I could give zero star I would but Beware Of this place expect Scratches and large chips on your rims and tire brought my brand new 2021 Lexus to this place and had a large chip on my rim and tire they try fixing and offering to replace the tire threw the dealership and after said and done they back up on they're word they glued my chip tire fix my chip rim with a different color and telling me that it not a big deal fixing that way of course it's not a big deal to you cause it's not your car I worked my butt off to have that car definitely never coming back to this place

I am having trouble finding a reputable hand car wash for my vehicle in the Rancho Cucamonga/ Ontario areas. You have to figure out which lines to pull in with no direction from any of the staff, sometimes seeing a car that arrived after you being serviced first. The lines were disorganized also with outgoing cars being stuck off the left side and waiting for the incoming cars to clear their path for leaving. After a confusing arrival experience, I was finally approached (after waiting in the hot car for 25 minutes) by a male worker who was responsible for taking orders. He did not have a 😷

I am a connoisseur of car washes. I absolutely hate paying for a car wash when I can clean it better at my house. But let's be honest, are my hours of time worth the reasonable prices Crossroads charges? Absolutely not. So since this place was recommended to me by my very picky brother-in-law, I decided to give them a try.

They did okay on the outside but the inside of my truck was a joke! This place used to be so awesome. I paid $75 because I asked them to shampoo the back part of my backseat and because my truck is lifted but it was deffinetly NOT worth it. I didn't complain but I will also never be back. Also 3 dollar fee to pay with card!
