The place is superb! The pictures accurately capture the beauty of the bedrooms, the excellent views over Hull bay and the spacious common rooms. The suites are particularly inviting, with ample room for four. The staff was exceptionally responsive and helpful throughout the reservation process. Check-in/out was simple.

Arrived for a friends wedding and did not get past the front door. There was a booking error and the room had been double booked. A women came to the door as we entered to say “we have this whole house booked for the weekend”. This was on a Saturday afternoon to check in for the next 3 nights and were the bridal party had planned to get ready for the wedding. The manager was rude and didn’t offer so much as an apology for the inconvenience this had caused. Luckily we were able to get the last two available rooms at the Nantasket Beach Resort down the street. This is where many wedding guests

This place is a hidden JEWEL. Spouse and I found last minute. Wanted to be near beach (Nantasket) and enjoy a spontaneous day of de-lite. Place was lovely, host/owner John made C/I and C/O very convenient and contactless. They proactively anticipated what you may need. Was also very flexible with time of check in. Beach only 5 minute drive and restaurants too.

Amazing home! This is normally a bed and breakfast but was able to rent the whole house for our group for the weekend.
We rented the entire home for a boys trip. The host was amazing, John was available for all my questions and was truly accommodating. We were able to rent the house for an early check in as well.
Bedrooms are all spacious, two bedrooms I'd say are actually suites and have couches. The other 4 bedrooms are definitely spacious and are comfortable for two adults and their bags.
Kitchen/Dining room is spacious and large to accommodate 12-15 people easily.

Beautifully styled and decorated rooms. Lots of room. Only thing I would have liked if it was a adult only B & B only. We took a weekend trip to escape our kids. The first night was quiet. The second night had 2 families with small kids and the rooms are not sound proof. We will stay at their other property next time to try it out since this one wax so nice.
