Perfect for the purpose. Great location. Friendly staff. Only drawback was the lack of vending machines, which would be great for late night travelers.

The attention I was given by the staff was so warming I didn't feel the 20F weather. Everything was comfy and anything that I needed I could find. I had the view to the Atlantic Blvd Wharf. As a first timer in Boston, the stay was one of my favorite things đź’•

Harborside Inn was one of the highlights of our time in Newport. Every corner of the room was clean as a whistle; the views from the breakfast room—especially on a rainy day while drinking tea—were so calming; each staff member with whom we interacted was so cordial and helpful. The fresh-baked cookies were just the cherry on top!

Great location but the room was a bit dated. The bathroom was more updated and clean.. Also I could hear people walking in the room above me and there were delivery trucks behind the building. Kind of noisy, even for a city setting. Staff were very nice.

The people checking us in and out were great, so nice! The rooms were nice, as was the bathroom. There were a couple issues, toilet would act like it was going to overflow so we'd call the front desk and in about 10 minutes we'd here the toilet go down very loudly. Very odd! There were no washcloths in the bathroom either. Outside of that, I did enjoy my stay

Great location, close to everything we wanted… Quincy Market, the Harbor and the North End. Such an easy walk to all. Room was extremely clean, great bathroom size, the bed was very very comfortable. It stormed one day so we spent a few hours playing cards at the table by the huge windows, beautiful, comfortable and relaxing lobby. The staff was extremely helpful and the car was only a block away and it was much cheaper to park than other hotels in the area. No complaints at all, will return next year.

A little more expensive than the average place, but worth every penny! Pleasant front desk staff, good coffee in the morning and walking distance to just about everything you could want to do and see. Room was quite, clean and comfortable.
They do need to put bumpers on the bedframe corners... I hit my shins a few times.

Perfect stay at Harborside Inn. Myself and two other couples chose to stay here while in Boston. We all were on separate floors with inside rooms. The hotel was clean, modern decor w/ nautical theme, staff was friendly and helpful, beds were soft, it was nice and quiet for a perfect night of sleep. The Complimentary coffee in the morning was spot on too. The location can’t be beat. We were close to restaurants, bars, touristy spots. We felt safe. I will definitely stay here again when back on the East Coast!!

Excellent location near to the long wharf, Quincy Market and the North End. The staff was terrific and always greeted us when passing by the front desk. We had a newly renovated double queen cabin (no windows). The room was quiet, clean and AC was fantastic. The bathroom was designed well with plenty of racks to hand your towels, etc. The shower had great pressure and was spacious.
