The items listed in this menu are sold "ALA carte" to create your own buffet or supplement your own items. Please keep in mind that "ALA carte" means each tray is sold separately. Items such as paper products, chafing dishes, bread and serving utensils must be ordered separately. Entrees are available for hot or cold pick up only.
Our create your own buffet includes 2 entree' selections, 2 sides / pasta's and 2 vegetables / potatoes (additional entree's may be added for $2.75 per person / sides for $1.75 per person), delivery of all foods hot and ready to serve in stainless steel chafing dishes with stainless steel serving utensils, all required paper products and condiments.
There is no day more special to the bride and groom than their wedding day. Weddings define elegance and as such, Twin Oaks Caterers will deliver the menu and the service to be remembered forever. You want your wedding to be something special, something all of your guests will remember, something that sets your wedding apart.
The cocktail hour traditionally occurs between the ceremony and reception. It allows the bride and groom to get some photo time in while allowing the guests to mingle and catch up with friends and family they may not have seen in a while. For the cocktail hour, beverages and hors d'oeuvres are served.
Please choose a total of eight hot or cold hors d'oeuvres for our staff to serve on china platters. You'll feel like you're in little Italy when our chef prepares many different fresh pasta dishes to order on table top stoves for you and your guests. Below are some of the ingredients we will use to create succulent pasta dishes.

Thank you Twin Oaks for my second worry free relaxing Thanksgiving! From the moment I placed my order for your Thanksgiving meal package - I felt the stress of hosting melt away. I love the fact that you offer the prepped uncooked turkey with instructions on cooking and basting. My house smelled wonderful! The sides were perfect and warmed up in my own dished - I fooled they crowd into thinking that I shopped, prepped and cooked everything! Twin Oaks Caterers are amazing. They truly captured the food experience we wanted for our wedding. Not only was the food absolutely delicious, but Twin Oaks presentation was creative and thoughtful. Better yet, the staff were wonderful as well. Working with Mike was seamless. He helped us think through our options and what would work best for us. When you read all the reviews here, everyone raves about the food. It's very well deserved. They provided the food for my brother's wake and I was very anxious that everything would go well but the one thing I did not need to worry about was the food!
Rich came and quickly set up a very attractive spread. Later, I found out he was also our chef. Everything was superb! All the guests wanted to know who the caterer was. Twin Oaks Caterers was recommended to me by a friend and I am so glad she did. They catered a post wedding breakfast/brunch at the hotel this Saturday for guests at my daughter’s wedding who traveled from out of state. The selection of food was perfect and everything was delicious. Donna was a pleasure to work with and was more than accommodating . Mark, who did the set-up and breakdown, was so professional and helpful. I highly recommend this company for your catering needs. You will not be disappointed.

Twin Oaks did a wonderful job catering my dad’s 95th birthday party. The party was outside and Twin Oaks set up the buffet and omelette station and everything looked and tasted amazing. The servers were beyond pleasant and helpful and all the guests raved about them.
They took care of everything and afterwards they packaged the leftovers for us, and packed up their tables and equipment. I was able to enjoy the day knowing they had everything so well organized.
And the food was terrific. Did I mention that?!

I ordered 55 "PPP - Personal Palate Pleaser" meals from Twin Oaks for our company's holiday luncheon. Each meal and salad was individually packaged along with wrapped utensils, rolls, and cannolis. The food was delicious and still hot when it arrived upon delivery. I would HIGHLY recommend the PPP meals for any organization looking for an luncheon option that is pandemic friendly.

When my big wedding celebration in PA had to be postponed until next year, Twin Oaks jumped in to cater my intimate backyard ceremony. Everything about Twin Oaks is excellent. Thank you to the entire Twin Oaks staff for making my daughter's graduation party a success! Our guests had a wonderful time. We ordered the frugal hot and cold buffet and it was perfect and very classy. The service was excellent and the food was delicious! We received many compliments from the guests. Twin Oaks Caterers is a family-owned business with incredible talent and professional staff. Owners are efficient, patient, and dedicated. They work with you to develop a menu and table display that suits your needs. They also have very reasonable prices. If you are hosting an event close to Central Jersey, I highly recommend using Twin Oaks. Over 100 people attended the last event I organized with this caterer and everyone was thoroughly impressed by the food. The event was over a month ago and people are still talking about how delicious the food tasted!
