Unsuccessful experience.
UPDATE 4 MONTHS LATER
To update everyone and because this center made it seem all my fault, I have attached a photo of my neck. This area I was assured would be super easy to treat and I would see immediate results. After almost 2 years of sessions, the hair is back 4 months after stopping laser. Im back to shaving every week.
Another major point was my intolerance for any discomfort. That is a complete lie, the person who wrote this response has never even been in a room with me while having my laser and all technicians can attest that I never once complained about

Well, technically I didn’t use this service but my wife did and she couldn’t be more happy. She has tried numerous spots for a particular hair treatment and she has had no luck finding a place that could help her. She found Romeo and Juliette on the internet and is beyond happy they had what it took to take care of her. I’m not familiar with the details of exactly what she did but I am absolutely aware of happy happy she is. Thank you everyone at Romeo and Juliette for taking care of her. I am so grateful that I finally found a laser place where I received results that LAST! I spent years and years trying a number of different laser places that were less expensive or offering promos/discounts and while R&J is pricey, I can only imagine how many more thousands I’ve wasted after years of treatments that haven’t lasted. I was so scared of the price point however they promised me I would be so pleased with the results, and I really was. There is a reason R&J prices are this way and I can assure you it’s because it really works and is worth it.

Horrible experience, in 2018-2019 spent about $10,000 between me and my fiancé to get laser hair removal her: arm pits, legs, butt, full genital areas …. Me: full genital areas …..doesn’t work still growing hair and we spent $10,000 on PERMANENT HAIR REMOVAL! We did all this PRE COVID and I Spoke to owner about this and his wife and they didn’t seem to care. I asked him for even a partial refund and he basically told me no, he said we would have to come back in, but We already had over 12 treatments so how would coming back in do anything??? We went in over 12 times and still hair growing

I have nothing but WONDERFUL things to say about Romeo and Juliet laser center!! My experience started with an inquiry after having a horror story at a different popular NYC salon that offers laser treatments. The first conversation was very impressive because instead of rushing me in to get a service Christian asked for photos of what the damage was and then recommended I start using topical treatments to heal the situation before I begin the process at R&J. At my initial visit I actually did not get lasered because the wonderful manager felt like my skin needed more time to heal before starting

The staff at Romeo and Juliette are top notch! The care and attention to detail each technician provides is so special. Romeo & Juliette Laser had changed my life for the better! I had a birthmark on that side of my face and was always self conscious about it, ever since I started my package I grew more confidence with every passing session. The owner, Chris, met with me to discuss the areas, and it just felt incredibly authentic. There were no gimmicks or sales pitch just a conversation on how he and his staff wanted to achieve maximum results, and they have! Nearly a few months in the results are outstanding. This place is amazing. The results are amazing. The most important part for me since I deal with customer service is that on top of treatments being very effective compared to other salons. The customer service has been exceptional 5 star. They work with you on whatever your needs might be. The results are life changing, and I mean it. It’s expensive but I’ve never even reconsidered any other place.
