Renters be warned. Beach Realty politely responds to negative reviews and then deletes them so that future renters aren’t aware what they’re getting into. Incredibly disappointed in their team. Unprofessional, dishonest, disrespectful. Our house wasn’t clean on arrival, we were short on linens, and they double booked our house next year and gave up our week to first time renters even though we have priority as 5 year renters (same house, same week). And don’t even bother visiting their offices when you’re in town, the doors will be open but there will be no one there to help you. Looking

Upon arrival at Sea Reunion, to our surprise, someone had a haircut on the deck… no big deal, I can sweep that up… and did so. The next thing , our six year came up with an opened container of THC gummies and two (unopened) cans of THC (thank goodness!). We thought that was probably the extent of it, however, that was not the case. We went to put our food in the refrigerator and it was not working. Company was nice enough to send out a maintenance man; maintenance man confirmed refrigerator was not working and he stated he would have the owner contact us- we have not been contacted and myself

The house was wonderful, but we PAID for the linen option and had no towels. I called EARLY Sunday morning and left a message. Two hours later, NO towels, so I called again and spoke to a lady. She said the towels should be here EARLY AFTERNOON. It's 10:00 now. That's a WHOLE DAY of our vacation wasted. Nice...

Home built by this company inferior construction. Full exterior wall had to be rebuilt due to poor quality of construction and improper flashing installation. Water leakage caused entire wall to rot in two years and be replaced at a cost of $ 30,000.00.

Extremely disappointed in the house we rented (Nauti Gulls) Our family is extremely easygoing but for $6000 per week we expect it to be clean. Upon arrival, we walked in and were hit with this foul odor. We got upstairs and it was even worse. Come to find out, the pan in the fridge was full of nasty sludge. We have four little boys under two and it was extremely dangerous to even sit outside on the balcony. Some of the balcony posts were lose and others weren’t even attached. We were also left with broken chairs. The air vents were moldy and dirty; I don’t think the air filters have been changed

This company has no customer service standards. The house we stayed in at 72 Ocean Blvd (0036 A Shore Thing) was unacceptable. Completely filthy and had numerous safety hazards. Mold in the bathrooms/behind pictures, broken tiles, unlock-able doors, caked dust in the air filters, no working smoke detectors, cracked windows, broken electrical sockets, missing deck boards, and the list goes on. The company took days to respond to our complaints and then tried to place the blame on us as renters, stating 'we didn't follow the proper procedures for items to be fixed'. We ended up filing complaints
