We've used Residential Heating for almost two decades now, and they are truly a cut above the rest. Here's an example: technician Hassan just left our house after our regular scheduled maintenance today. Most repair guys sort of mumble “everything’s OK” as they’re slinking out the door. Hassan’s customer communications with us have always been Way Stellar. We couldn't be happier with the air-conditioning system installation we just had done by Cathy and her team. Cody and Eleazar were prompt, courteous, professional and finished the job in 2 days! My first encounter this company was when I had a leak in my furnace. They responded promptly and the representative was very professional and attentive.
Then I went shopping around for an AC, it seems to be hard to compare between Residential and other companies that came by for the estimation. The representative (Nick) was professional, thorough and honest. The professionalism continued when they came to install the unit, with great attention to details by the crew. Later on they followed up sending their representative to assist passing the city inspection.
