Excellent service, very knowledgeable staff. Turnaround time for new glasses is usually only a few days, because they use a local, Minnesota lab. I ordered three different pairs of glasses and polarized sunglasses...My vision has never been better. Highly recommended, but be sure to schedule an appointment as this great location can get quite busy!

I’m willing to share my experience at InVision-Galleria as it was above and beyond even my regular experience. I’ve been purchasing my glasses and sunglasses at InVision for several years because of their unique frames, friendly and knowledgeable people who work there and their attention to detail. My prescription changed and I needed new glasses. Their Covid precautions were spot on and I felt perfectly safe. I wasn’t sure if I just wanted to buy new lenses or get a new frame as well. Waited over 20 minutes until one of the two customers ahead of me cleared out and it was my turn. Not so much as a hello from the guy behind the counter. Waited another five minutes for him to finish up whatever he was doing, turned around, and discovered that what he was doing was pecking away at his computer, assiduously ignoring me. It was then that I remembered I was treated the same way in the InVision Uptown store 25 years ago, so I left.

I have been a client here for about 11 years. The staff are very talented at finding me the perfect pair of glasses for my face. I am complimented often and people want to know where I get my frames.
I only had to use the warranty once. I dropped my glasses and got a huge scratch in a lens - they were great at replacing the lens without any hassle.

The salespeople in the store push a certain brand of frames (Robert Marc) everytime I or a family member have been in the store (regardless of face size/shape or desired look). On one occasion, a salesperson even told me that each and every frame of that brand was one of a kind, which is an outright lie. They do have decent (though overpriced, I've found identical frames at better prices elsewhere) frame selection and I have had other more positive interactions with staff, which is why I give a second star. Rather than being pushed toward an expensive brand regardless of my own needs though

I was underwhelmed. Of course I've heard the radio commercials and believed the hype. Here's the breakdown: the frames I liked (only saw a few as I let the sales gal select my frames for me since they're supposed to be so skilled at that) ran between $375 to $475. Progressive lenses run almost $200 each (you need progressive if you want both near and far, think new fangled bi-focals), miscellaneous minimal charges and, wala!

I bought a pair of glasses a year ago at the InVision in St.Paul. I was approached immediately and asked if I needed help. I expressed that I needed a change, and the person who was helping me showed me a frame and said "thats it". I went with it after hearing so much on the radio about how talented the staff was on helping people pick out the frames that would work best for them. The frames were cute, but I thought a bit big for my face. I purchased the frames for over $1,000.00. After wearing the glasses for more than a month I found that the frames were scaring the skin on my nose

This guy is really interesting, I walked in there on black Friday about 3pm, he looked at me as I walked pass him and never said hello, nor acknowledged me but in comes three white girls and a guys and he speaks to them and said welcome. I politely walked out and went to lens crafter and order two pairs of prada, one for my regular and the other to add my prescription lens to a sun glasses. I never want to play the race card but this one had me thinking what else could have been the reason.

Hands-down best eyeglass shop in the Twin Cities. I spent months visiting this shop and trying on different frames. The staff is always very friendly and patient and understand the process of finding frames that not only fit your aesthetic but also lifestyle. I frequented competitors and they were quick to persuade me into buying frames that were not right for me. I purchased eyeglasses from InVision after spending months trying on different frames until I finally found a pair that suited me. Oh my gosh! I just picked up my custom sun clips to go with my Oliver People's glasses from InVision. They are simply perfect and I can't believe I waited this long to get them. I love this shop. I've never lost a pair of sunglasses, except for when my sunglasses were in my glove compartment and my car was stolen. I called Invision and even though I bought those glasses 6 years ago, they tracked down a replacement...in France! Wow! I've purchased Robert Marc and Oliver Peoples glasses from this shop and I love both pairs. They do an amazing job with selecting the right frame for your face and style. Love this place!

I am one of those guys who drags his wife to at least a dozen places before I will make a choice. Personally I have received some of the best service from here especially from Clayton. Yes there prices are higher but you cannot compare the quality and selection to any other place in the cities. If having a unique look and top quality is important. This is the spot. I just ordered my third pair of glasses and am a customer for life.

I came in here looking for some new frames. I saw some things I liked, and was the only person in the store. There was a man and a woman working who were discussing some apparently internal problem. They looked at me, but never acknowledged me, and after browsing and trying on frames by myself for about 5-10 minutes and repeated attempts at making eye contact, I decided that I didn't want to wait for one of them to become available and just left. I don't think I'll go back, but they did have a few cute styles. Too bad.

Love love love their collection of eyewear! It's a really large collection of very good quality and gorgeous frames. Seriously good, knowledgeable staff excited to find you the right frames, lenses, and make it all fit. They do not sell any crap.
Can not stress enough how good the service is, but it does come at a price. These frames are about double or more the price of the standard options at normal locations like Pearl Vision, Target, or even Macy's, so going here can be an impossible or tough choice for some. Lenses are about normal price. Personally, the only frames I liked

Very good quality lenses and frames. I guess I have a finicky prescription, since they point it out occasionally...however, they are always willing to redo the lenses, recheck my eyes, readjust the frames, etc. in order to get me good eyesight. After some of the craptacular other eyeglass businesses I've tried to work with, I appreciate Invision all the more.
