They make it so easy. They picked up the laptop and within the day, the hard drive was replaced and the computer operating system was restored, cleaned up and tuned my laptop. I am the founder of a nonprofit that has no one to turn to for our website. So I do most of the modifications myself. Unfortunately, the site had not been updated for quite some time and the php was out of date so I could not update wordpress.
