I had my fourth session. Normally I get the same therapist and she’s little easy. This time i got to a new therapist and she was so rough and burnt my underarm as you can see in the pics below. My underarm kept hurting after the session. I had work right after so when I finally got home and saw this what the therapist did.

STEPHANIE IS GREAT!!! She is so down to earth/able to talk thru your entire session which made me feel super at ease. She also knows how to work the laser machine (gives just enough pain so your treatment works) and is finished within minutes !!

I've been going to Spektrum for 2 years now and have practically gotten my whole body done. I hate constantly shaving since it creates so many in growns and bumps. After coming here, those issues are in the past. I usually go with Anastasia or Ruslana, but all the technicians are great. I recommend this place to anybody trying out laser hair removal for the first time or wanting to try a new spa.
