Jake is our Realtor on our new construction and has been very helpful in the process. He takes my calls/texts anytime and is prompt in his reply.
In addition he has helped us through the process of selling our own home, even though we did for sale by owner. Next time I sell I am going to use him to sell as well as buy!

Jake was very helpful and found us a home quickly! My Husband and I were first time home buyers and he was so knowledgeable and made the process so easy! We were hesitant to put an offer on a home unseen but we are so glad we followed his recommendation. He was always quick to respond to emails, calls, or texts and stayed on top of things throughout the process. Any unforeseen issues were addressed immediately and he was never pushy but wasn't complacent either. I would highly recommend Jake and would work with him again!
