The Casitas Estate was formerly a private residence known as Casa De Colores (House of Colors) because of the lush gardens and abundance of flowers blooming nearly year-round. Four luxury casitas (little houses) can be included with your wedding booking, providing you and your family or friends with a beautiful space to relax and enjoy time together.
Mariposa is another favorite room selection for our couples and their wedding party since it offers it all - great views, the kiva fire going while you lay back in bed and take in the picturesque vistas and gardens just outside of your own patio. This lovely appointed spacious room gives you all the amenities that our guests love from the wonderful bedding and luxury bath products to the privacy and cozy feel.
Cielo (Heaven or Sky) - Cielo lives up to its definition and is the most secluded of the four casitas on the estate. Often the preferred room for our brides and groom's home base lodging together, it's also frequently enjoyed as the groomsmen's staging area before the ceremony. Located down the Spanish walkway overlooking the Santa Lucia mountains and beside the lap pool, the vistas are panoramic here from every window.

We just spent two nights at The Casitas.
First, the setting is beautiful, hillside with a terrific and peaceful view. Despite being close to downtown Arroyo Grande, it is quiet and makes you feel like you are a world away from everybody.
We stayed at the Mariposa casita, which I would highly recommend. It is very comfortable with a great patio that is very private.

It's hard to put into words just how special and accommodating Pat and Tony are to their guests. I found the Casitas Estate on Yelp prior to getting engaged, and even before I said yes, I knew this was going to be the place I got married. The day after I got engaged I took my fiancé there to see the venue and he was hooked. There was never a plan B. It is the most beautiful, intimate, romantic venue I've ever seen. There is nothing commercial about it, which is exactly what we wanted for our big day.

We escaped the LA heat this weekend to stay for 2 nights at the Casitas Estate for our 2nd wedding anniversary. The Casitas is a hidden gem and a perfect place for a getaway during Covid. Each casita has its own private entry and patio so you don't have to worry about sharing indoor spaces with other guests. They are taking COVID precautions at the pool by having designated chairs and umbrellas for each room. Each morning Pat and Tony made us an amazing breakfast that we enjoyed on the patio. Casitas Estate made my dream wedding come true despite being married during a global pandemic! Pat and Tony catered towards our 16-person wedding reception by hosting an "intimate dinner" for us overlooking the beauty of the Central Coast. This 4 course meal was amazing! Pat helped us with food, rentals, and even a DJ. Nothing was compromised at this beautiful venue. The groom's family stayed at the casitas on the property with nothing but positive things to say. No matter your circumstances, you will be taken care of at Casitas.

Pat met us upon arrival with a smile, welcoming hand shake, and a friendly “come join us” attitude. Being our first visit we didn’t know what to expect. We spent two nights of relaxing from our 110 weather this summer and enjoyed the lap pool. The fireplace was a welcome addition. The Casitas Estate was the first venue we toured, and we knew the moment we laid eyes on the beautiful Spanish-style architecture and the incredible views of the surrounding hills and nearby Talley Farms that we wanted to host our reception there.

Alas, our favorite bed & breakfast. Although some (including myself) would consider this a "secret getaway", it is more than worth telling you all about it.
Talk about an escape. Away from the hustle & bustle of the big city, surrounded by fields and hillsides. The Estate consists of 4 separate casitas (little houses). No walls are shared. In the center of 3 casitas and the welcoming house, there is a fountain that definitely adds to the relaxation.
We tend to stay in the Sarchi house when we make the trip here. It comes with a sort of elevated king-size bed, mini-fridge

Where to begin with The Casitas? Everything about this venue was spectacular. From the very beginning, Pat and Tony were incredibly helpful and responsive, helping us with questions along the way. As the wedding got closer, they were on top of all the little details. During the wedding weekend they were absolutely wonderful and accommodating to our needs, going above and beyond in every area. When I came to Casitas for the first time I knew it was where I had to have my wedding. This place has the best energy and beautiful views! A side from renting the venue for the wedding, we stayed on the property for the wedding weekend. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the suit by the pool was such a great spot for the bridal party to get ready in.
Also, Pat and Tony had breakfast ready for us each morning, it was delicious!!! (Loved the soufflé) they are great hosts and very helpful, they truly care about what they do and what to make sure that everyone is having a comfortable stay

I highly recommend The Casitas Estate in Arroyo Grande for any special celebration. My daughter's wedding couldn't have been more lovely up on the hill overlooking the vineyards and the valley. For 4 days the Casitas felt like our home away from home. Pat & Tony's experience with wedding set up really helped. A perfect destination wedding but not too far from our Northern and Southern California friends and family.

The setting itself is just perfect. There are so many different ways you can do the set-up We chose the front courtyard for our rehearsal dinner, down by the vineyards for the ceremony (which allows for a very dramatic entrance for the bride and the wedding party), the elegant pool area for the cocktail reception, and the front lawn for the dinner/dinner. This place is everything I could want in a weekend getaway. Gorgeous views, very private, relaxing atmosphere, and amazing service. Our room was adorable - big, comfortable bed, awesome fireplace ready for us to use, and a private terrace over looking the vineyards. It was quiet and peaceful. We woke up to breakfast being served to us by the owners, Tony and Pat, on our terrace every morning. True luxury. We will definitely come back!

What an amazing venue! We got married in October at the Casitas Estate and the weather was perfect. Our ceremony was overlooking their grapevines and the valley. Tony and Pat were so helpful. The Casitas is as good as it gets. I have stayed at there twice now and recently had my wedding there. Everything about The Casitas is outstanding and top notch, from the beautiful and luxurious rooms (which have the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in, and each has a fireplace), to the breathtaking views, to the gourmet breakfast, to the amenities. The owners are also two of the nicest people I have ever met, and go out of their way to make your stay perfect. I would highly recommend The Casitas!

I was recently stayed at The Casitas Estate for a corporate event. It’s such a lovely estate with such spectacular views. Pat was just wonderful to work with. She went above and beyond to ensure our event went off without a hitch.
I wish I would have known about The Casitas Estate when I was searching for venue to have my wedding at. It’s just the perfect location! They recently added a vineyard which really compliments the property. I can’t wait to come back for a nice long weekend with husband.

Just attended a fantastic wedding at the beautiful Casitas Estate in Arroyo Grande. The facilities and the venue are second to none. Wonderful views of the wine country every where you look. The lodging itself is great but the wedding venue is superb for this part of California. Even though it is March everything seems to be blooming already. Cannot wait to see it in the summer months. Another trip is planned. Tasty local wines topped off a great dinner and all was perfection.
