Mark Oppenheim has a 30-year consulting, business startup, corporate management and executive search track record, including management roles with the Child Welfare Administration of the City of New York, Ernst & Young in New York, Price Waterhouse in Frankfurt Germany, and the Oracle Corporation in San Francisco.
