Emotion Code has added more depth to my practice, which I couldn't be more excited about. We can all use ways to release emotional baggage that weighs us down to allow us to live with more ease, clarity, to find more joy in our daily living. Reiki is referred to as universal life force energy. Reiki helps to release any negative energy clogging up our natural energy flow.

The Emotion Code is a one of the simplest ways to find and release trapped emotions. Trapped emotions are negative energies that reside in the body which create havoc on the body's systems, physically, emotionally and spiritually if not attended to. Overtime if not released these trapped emotions can create disease, headaches, anxiety, auto immune, vertigo, illness, physical pain, emotional and mental blockages and so much more.
Christi has changed my life through her Reiki practice. I went to her feeling out of sorts and stressed out. Her practice has helped me to become more centered, relaxed and I find that her practice helps me to better manage through a high stress job. She has a very calming and peaceful way about her that puts you at ease immediately.
Integrated Energy Therapy (IET) is a gentle hands on healing modality to help reduce stress, promoting healing, as well as balance the body, mind and spirit. IET "release issues from the tissues" says the creator, Steven Thayer. This modality releases negative energy and blocks on a cellular level, allowing the body, mind and spirit to do what it is designed to do ~ heal itself.
Sound healing is healing practice that has been around for thousands of years. Crystal Singing Bowls, Ocean Drum, Quartz Triangle are a beautiful part of one of my sound healing sessions. Sound healing releases unwanted/negative energies no longer servicing our highest good on a cellular level, harmonizes and aligns the body, mind and spirit.
Our session with Christi was an amazing experience. My horse was a little anxious before the session and when she started, he immediately walked over to her, which he has never done with anyone but me, and put his head down in a very relaxed state. He stood completely still the whole time. It was one of the most relaxed states I've ever seen him in and I have noticed his anxiety has since significantly decreased.

I have had such a wonderful experience in her care. She has helped me both spiritually and emotionally. She also helped my daughter there was such an immediate difference in her. I’m glad to come across such an amazing reiki healer. Christi has a very positive and a beautiful energy. I have done several distance reiki sessions with her and one in person session. Christi possesses a true gift of empathy and she connects so beautifully and powerfully with everyone she meets. Reiki with Christi is a gift that not enough people have been blessed to receive. Christi provides so much guidance and explanation to first-time clients, and you will leave with an unbelievable sense of peace.
Not only has Christi worked on me, but my rescue dog, who suffers from anxiety. Her practice has a calming effect that I only wish would last for him (or me) daily. I had no idea the gift of Reiki would be so life changing, and Christi's gift is one I will always treasure.

I can't speak highly enough about my experience. I've had two sessions now each wildly insightful and relaxing. Did not know much about the practice upon arriving as it was a gift and Christi was incredibly helpful, professional and descriptive. I left feeling good exhausted, and enlightened. Would recommend to anyone new or familiar with Reiki! Can't wait to go back.

My first experience was Reiki was nothing to write home about....Then I met Christi. Her sessions include not only a healing quality, but a personalization not found by many practitioners. I've had vertigo on and off throughout my adult life and in order for it to resolve itself, I had to wait...days or even weeks.
