Seven Stones Studio began as an idea between two friends who had a similar passion. Our mission is to provide you with the education and tools you need to be your most authentic self. Reiki healing can be done in our home studio, your home, or we can schedule a distance session. Each of these methods will result in a feeling of relaxation, recharging, and a beautiful energy reset.

To live a higher quality life, living above the wellness line is the key to success. Everything we feel, think, do, and use (inside or outside of our bodies) will directly affect our physical and mental well-being.
Reiki, meaning universal life energy, is a healing technique through the sense of touch and promotes natural healing physically and emotionally. The idea is that a master will teach others and it creates the lineage of Reiki for practitioners to use to spread love, light and healing to others. Reiki is smart in the sense that it knows where to go.
Being a first-timer to the reiki world I was a bit nervous & skeptical but Michelle made my first experience unforgettable. From the start she explained to me how everything works, what could and could not happen, what I should expect and the biggest thing was to stay calm, allow yourself to be put into a peaceful meditative state and let her work her "magic".
Kicking off week 2 of the chakra series, we are going to dive right into the sacral chakra! Are you guys ready to talk about sex? That's what this chakra is all about! Think passion, pleasure and sensuality. The sacral chakra's mantra is "VAM." Like we talked about in the previous article, the vibration of this mantra matches the vibration of the chakra.
I'm going to be brutally honest with you. I SUCK at meditating. Truly, I do. So why am I writing an article titled, "10 Powerful Hacks To Stick Your Meditation Practice, " you ask? Over the years of trying, and failing, and trying again to meditate, I've learned some tricks that have helped me a lot on my journey.

LOVE Seven Stones Studio! I had such a wonderful experience during my distance reiki session with Alexis. She was so sweet and warm, and she provided me with a safe and relaxing space for healing. Alexis's intuitive gifts are quite remarkable-- I received much needed insight and clarity. I will certainly return for an in-person session!
