We just purchased a used 2014 Jeep Patriot & knew it needed maintenance. Chris at Paragon Auto Repair was friendly and courteous. I had a issue with my ETC & Traction Control light turning on. Chris was quick to get my car in the shop and back on the road again. We have an appointment tomorrow to fix some of the other maintenance needed on Jeep. We’re very happy to find a loyal and trustworthy mechanic in our area. Based on other reviews is why we were eager to come here. We will continue to use Chris at Paragon. The shop definitely lives up to its name -

Chris was easy to communicate with and discussed things clearly with me. I also appreciated the promptness with which my minivan was repaired, and his prices are very reasonable. In addition, he recommended that I not do some repairs that didn't seem necessary, and he explained why. I'll be back!

This was the best experience I’ve ever had at a mechanic shop. Chris was so kind and was extremely knowledgeable. I don’t know much about cars and so I usually am skeptical when I take my cars in because i don’t know if what is being said is true. They not only fixed my problem, they did a complete car inspection. It was extremely affordable and they even took me out to my car to show me what they had found and what they were doing. His dog is really sweet and it’s a very comfortable environment. I definitely recommend!!!

Chris is the most warm, no-nonsense mechanic I have ever worked with. He always gives us the most value for our money, and steers us toward the repairs that are most critical while offering optional services as well. I appreciate that he does not talk down to me, as a woman, and I know I can trust him. Paragon has performed routine maintenance and emergency repairs on our household's rotating vehicles for over five years. I could not recommend them enough!

We took our sons car to Paragon Auto and were very pleased with Chris and his team. He was able to diagnose the issue and identified additional areas that needed attention. No pressure sales to take care of things right away and I felt he did a very thorough job of explaining everything to us. I would defiantly take any of our vehicles to Chris and value his honest opinion. I highly recommend Paragon Auto.

I would highly recommend Paragon Auto Repair to anyone. Chris is awesome to work with. I can't tell you how many times I had to leave my old20 years plus) mini van in his parking lot after hours. He would promptly return my message have the repairs done usually that day. He has saved me on more than one occasion. And then there are the dogs..... love them! Thank you Chris!

Chris at Paragon has taken care of my cars for years. He’s thoughtful, thorough, honest and explains things in a way that make sense. He’s also great at making sure that I know what is most important to do first if I have to choose to wait on some repairs. I’ve referred many people over the years and I feel fortunate to have a local small business where I can know that my cars are being well looked after.

I have been bringing our randomly assorted family fleet to Paragon for a long time. Chris and the team have kept some old cars running economically, and effectively, when other shops would have advised scrapping. One of the many things I love about bringing our cars here is that there have been no surprises when it came time to settle up. Integrity is a demonstrated core value.

I have gone to Chris at Paragon for years because it is like the old TV show Cheers- where everyone knows your name.... in this case it is where Chris knows my name and my car which he has taken care of so well . I was most impressed in the past when he didn't charge me for a minor task. I trust him and his team to keep my car running smoothly for another 100,000 miles

I have a very honest and trusted mechanic back home in Fresno, CA. I am pleased to say that Paragon is the Oregon version of my Marlin and Tony's Automotive Repair in Fresno, CA! Tony Novielli, Fresno, and… Chris Niemo, Paragon in Tualatin, might be cut from the same cloth. They listen, they explain things well, they are honest, they offer advice and are reasonably priced.
