Upgraded Sprinter based RV suspension (shocks, sway bar, springs, air bags)in May of 2020. Whenever I need service (other than warrantee work) on my RV I will go here. They know what the are doing and do it well. It's comforting to drive in and see many sprinter vans being serviced. They are focused and experienced and experts.

These guys are great. I really trust them now. They have worked on two Sprinter vans for me over the past year and both times it came out at a reasonable price and totally fixed the problem. The second time there were 9 error codes which could have cost an unbelievable amount of money. They found the upstream simple fix which was the cause of the problems, and were honest about it. They also were able to take care of all of this in a timely manner. This really made my day and built a lot of trust!

Very Happy first time customer
This is the first service on my Sprinter RV. Upscale was recommend to me by the RV service department. I was VERY pleased with the schedule of an appointment AND the service people who I dealt with AND the speed at which the work was completed.
I will be back for sure the next time my Sprinter needs services and I may be back sooner to have some upgrades done to the RV

The BEST customer service ever! We trust our entire company fleet to Upscale Automotive, no one else. Our Sprinter fleet is in constant use, and they always have our vehicles fixed and ready in time. To have the knowledge and parts to fix the various issues presented is one thing, but the Service Manager, Elliot, always goes the extra mile to explain what it will take to fix it too. That's customer service! We're a small local business, with a fleet budget to match that status- Upscale Automotive is affordable and well worth the drive from Vancouver, WA.

Took my Sprinter/Winnebago RV in for DEF/CEL warning lights problem. The Service Manager, Elliott Baraby, is a compulsive liar and service is very poor:
1. My bump stops were not touching as he told me several times. Probably to get me to agree to a $5000 suspension upgrade job. I've checked my bump stops several times since, even under heavy load conditions, they never touch.
2. After work was completed, to schedule a pickup of my rig, (for DEF/CEL problem) he told me they close at 4:30 pm but the front door and website indicate 5:00 pm. I could have made the trip by 5:00, but not

I had the best service ever at this shop! The mechanics were very up front with me and I didn't feel like I was being swindled into getting something done on my car that I didn't need. Foster was especially nice to me. I live in Portland and prefer to take my car to Upscale in Tualatin. They're that good. Overall I highly recommend this auto shop to anybody who wants honest mechanics working on their car.

I had the worst service ever at this shop. I brought in a pickup with drive train noise. I said, check it and specifically said look at the U-joints. I told them I needed the truck for a trip in a few days. They did a bunch of work -- that I'm not sure even needed to be done. But the pathetic thing was this: on the report it said: U-joints need replacement!!! REALLY?!?!? Thanks for nothing -- or more properly say price gouging and incompetence.
