I contacted Mike through FB Marketplace, he took all the time I needed to talk with me, answer all my questions, and was frank about what the process and honest in his pricing.
The door took about 4 months to come. During that time Mike was very proactive with updates letting me know what was going on with the shipping process.
Installation day came last Friday. Edgar came with his team and did a fantastic job. They took about 6 hours until it was perfect. Explained

I would highly recommend Perfect Solutions Garage Door Inc. My garage door stopped functioning during school drop off one morning, needing to have it fixed as soon as possible, I called Perfect Solutions. They sent a technician out that day and it fixed by the following afternoon. The technician was very friendly and professional. The quality of the new garage door motor is superior to the original. It opens and closes with ease and very little sound. The entire experience with this company has been amazing! A+

I had a great experience with this company and I highly recommend them to anyone who is need of new installation, repairs, and general maintenance. I had Perfect Solutions replace both of my garage doors and was very pleased with the outcome. The technicians were on time and acted in a professional manor. Not only was the work completed quickly, they cleaned up everything and hauled the old stuff away. On top of that, the price was very affordable and so worth it.

A great experience. More than professional. Old Opener burned up in May. Called that day and Mike showed up and installed new unit and re-enforced the garage door. Fast and Friendly. Had an issue in October with the lighting and he came out and solved the problem. So Kool!! Perfect Solutions rocks. Highly recommend.
