The Atlantic Diving Team (ADT) is a year-round, privately run, lessons and competitive Springboard and Platform Diving Team. The Atlantic Diving Team is a certified USA Diving & AAU Junior, Senior and Master Diving Program. The goal of our program is to teach athletes lifelong skills including discipline, self-confidence, and team work as well as providing the opportunity to compete and advance in the sport of diving.
The ADT is always searching for enthusiastic kids ages 5 & up for the opportunity to learn the art of springboard and platform diving. Divers in our program start by learning the most basic skills necessary to progress to harder, more complex dives. As the skill level increases so do self-confidence!

The Atlantic Diving Team is an affiliate of USA Diving, Inc., the national governing body of springboard and platform diving in the United States. USA Diving is a successor to the Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) and is an independent non-profit corporation formed to promote and improve diving in the United States.
This is a great opportunity for a diver to get his or her specific goals addressed. Parents, coaches, and the diver will provide input to the ADTeam prior to the camp-and the diver will leave the camp with a specific set of next steps to help them continue on their path to greatness. We take a team approach to understanding the diver, helping define their goals, and providing practical solutions.
We offer several options for your team, divers or coaches when you are in the area. Aquatic Center Features: Two 1-meter diving boards, overlooking a 12.5 foot diving well. 1. Your team can rent diving space at the Houston/Sworn Aquatic Center in Pompano Beach, FL. 2. Your team can have one of our coaches work with your club.
Your child must be registered with USA Diving for participation in any level of Atlantic Diving Team. You may be asked to register with USA Diving for certain meets as a JO. To register with USA Diving go to www.teamusa.org/USA-Diving/Membership. Depending on the diver's level, register for either the Athlete (Learn To Dive, Future Champions) or Competition Athlete (Junior Team, Senior Team) membership.
