The grounds are not maintained as well lately. Could be run better, making it more desirable to live there

It would be nice to have assigned parking especially for those that are sick. I'm on dialysis Tues Thurs and Saturday. When you need something fixed good luck. In the beginning the place was better but now it seems that it's a free for all anyone can move in. I want the old pebblecreek back. Sure you should be able to move where you like. But the people that has been here 5 years or more should be considered.

Antonia, the Office Staff, was exceptional. She gave us a timely appointment, called back to confirm, answered all of our questions and assisted us with the application. Going above and beyond her Job description! I hope we get approved!

I love living here. I especially like how they hold packages for tenants, to avoid porch pirates issues. The new office reception is waaaay friendlier than the previous one. It just feels very peaceful outchea. No noise, Nothing.

Office staff seemed to be reliably unhelpful. Wasted two days attempting to fill out an application for this place from calling for information to coming in only to find out I didn't have everything needed, to coming back the next day and filling out most of the paperwork only to find out that I "made too much" to live there. Enormous waste of time. Place looked pretty good though.
