Just about had two accidents with both van drivers today in different parts of town. This company has dangerous drivers and will not take responsibility for their actions.
Woman on the phone was arrogant and unwilling to apologize.
Statements will be submitted and charges will be laid if this happens again.

I will never use this company again, waited an hour for my cab (which was fine) just for the lady to be snappy when I called to see where it was and for her to tell me that the cab was already out to my place, couldn't find me and that the driver left. (im right on the highway, not hard to find especially if you're a cab driver) also keep in mind, I called before they were even suppose to arrive. But, then proceeds to tell me to call someone else and hangs up. Avoid this company

I don't use a taxi, and if I had to sadly it wouldn't be Bayshore Taxi either.. sadly they don't worry about their drivers actually driving. Have almost been hit by too many of there drivers. Watched accidents happen. Illegally turning down 10th St hills and ignoring other road signs and drivers.. can't even give them a better review cause the owner refuses to fix care about safety. If you do have to use this company I imagine the service won't be to nice either. Really wish they cared.

Worst service ever. I needed a cab for airport .First time i called 3 weeks advance, they said call one week ahead , then i call them 1 week ahead , they told me call couple days ahead , now i am here to call them for monday morning taxi on friday , they tell me they dont do time call ....seriously ....why didnt they inform me twice before ? Never ever using these guys !

The first time I used this service the guy was amazing, on time, and could keep a good conversation going. The second time the I was told it'd be 15 minutes, ended up being half an hour. This guy was VERY unprofessional and we almost ended up in the ditch because he couldn't stay focused on the road. Going up the county road at 100 and he randomly slowed right down almost to a complete stop, ON THE ROAD. Pretty terrifying experience. Overall don't recommend this taxi service.
