Customer service is really good but short distance service is not good. Had to wait 1 hour to be picked up from the Pinelawn LIRR station and on the return trip to the LIRR from CDT driving school, had to wait a hour and a half. Kind of understand the concept of short trips being a waist of time& money for taxi companies but I don't like it. I would rather support the local taxi company but if my short distant money is unattractive to the local taxi service, I know Uber or Lyft will gladly accept my money.

While abroad visiting from abroad, I couldn’t have asked for a better taxi ride. Clean vehicle, smooth ride, very professional and a kind driver. I was treated with extreme respect. The driver turned my trip into a tour guide, showing off his knowledge of the area as well as giving helpful tips and places of interest that were outstanding. He was on time, willing to go off route and was not trying to rush while making pit stops. The driver Was willing to pull over to allow my family and I to view sites or to jump out and take pictures. If all drivers in this company is like this, they would deserve
