We conduct a comprehensive home inspection which includes a visual evaluation of all of the major components and operating systems of a home. We check everything from the roof to the foundation and everything in between. All appliances and mechanical systems are tested as well as outlets, windows and doors.
Our inspections take approximately 2-3 hours depending on the size of the home. Our reports are all electronically delivered. You will have your full report that highlights our findings and any safety concerns with pictures within 24 hours of the completion of the home inspection. I was very pleased with the professionalism and thoroughness that was delivered during the home inspection. Joshua is well versed in this field. He was punctual in both arriving and delivering a lengthy report which comprised of every detail he went over. Joshua took an abundant amount of photos and was able to clearly state all the important details one may not see from lack of experience and visibility. We recently used Stone Home Inspections while purchasing our first home. Vinny was very personable and informative. He made sure to explain everything that he found so that we could understand the house. And the report that he wrote up was very detailed. Josh did an incredible job on the house we were considering recently. While we did not move forward with the property the inspection that Josh provided was invaluable in helping us avoid taking on some significant house projects. I couldn’t rate him high enough. I had a great experience with Vinny for my home inspection for a purchase. I was impressed how Vinny was 15 minutes early already working the exterior of the home. Recently used Stone Home Inspections for a new house we're buying and I was very happy with the service. Josh and his associate Angel were polite, thorough, and spent ample time with me to discuss what they found and answer all of my questions. The report was completed the same day. They also provided a free subscription to Home Binder which is a home maintenance service where you can store docs, and set up reminders. They had already uploaded the inspection the site and set up several maintenance tasks with reminders for us. Would highly recommend them to anyone needing a home inspection!

We had our very first home inspection and Stone Home Inspections came as a recommendation from a trusted friend. The scheduling process through Lisa was easy and she's awesome. The inspector, Josh Stone was incredibly thorough, and his report was very detailed, with photos to support any issues he pointed out about the house that may need repairing or replacing now or in the future.
