Hi, we're Jessamyn and Robert Picton. We both grew up in the Bay Area and currently reside 25 minutes from Napa and 25 minutes from San Francisco (on a good day). Decades ago we blended our family, three boys and two dogs. We started our photography business together in 2002, combining our love and knowledge of photography.
That's how long it takes for someone to look at your photo and decide if they want to get to know you or your business better. In today's climate of social media mania, those three seconds have never been more important. Let us help you get the most out of them. Our goal is to tell the story of your event and create value for your marketing team. We capture events for local, national, and international brands, traveling around the Bay Area and the country. Whether it's a fundraiser, conference, community event, trade show, grand opening, or sales meeting, we focus on giving you brand-relevant images that make your company and culture shine.
The couple, their friends and family-and even details like the venue, the dress, the flowers, the shoes--all become immortalized in photographs. Jessamyn and Robert are fantastic! They took great photographs, which of course is the most important. They stayed until the end of the reception, they took well over 1000 images that feels as if we are reliving the best day of our life so far. They were there and not at all intrusive. I highly recommend them. They work well with their clients and with each other. I will definitely use them again.

I recently looked at my photos and realized I was still upset with the photos this Husband and wife photography team provided. I was married at the Claremont Hotel in Berkeley. 1.They neglected to photograph the outside sign and beautiful building.
2. Many photos were spoiled because one or the other was in the photo. 3. No photo of the rings were taken.
I feel even after 10 years that they did a fairly poor job. I have serious doubts about why they photograph themselves in a clients pictures. They missed some very basic spots.

They are amazing! I did my profesional headshot with them in 2011 and wanted an "update" this year. They were so accommodating and produced beautiful results. I feel lucky to have gotten to work with them again. I'm happy with every aspect of what they did and will continue to use them for all of my photography needs. I'd highly recommend them to everyone.

I had a wonderful experience yesterday and this afternoon meeting with Jessamyn and Robert shooting and viewing pictures for my portfolio. Usually I look on Yelp to find good people. However, this time I reached out to a referral from my title rep. She suggested Jessamyn and Robert who has worked closely with our local Diablo magazine.

Jessamyn and Robert took fantastic photos for our wedding last November! They were very fun and enjoyable to work with, as well as extremely professional. When I met them in person before my family hired them, I could tell they were very passionate and excited to work with us. They got back to my emails, in most cases, within the same day. They also uploaded all the photos they took just weeks after the wedding onto their website, and a CD with the photos came in the mail. We also ordered a wedding book and they made it easy to put together, and it came out GREAT! We just got the finished book

Picking a wedding photographer was one of the most important details of my wedding for me. I met Jessamyn and Robert at a bridal fair and instantly felt at ease with them. They are extremely reasonable compared to other photographers in the area considering they do not charge based on a time limit and you own the rights to all the photos. I wanted two photographers but was nervous using people who don't always work together--not the case with Jessamyn and Robert, as a married couple who have been working together for years they understand the other's work and know how to work together

Jessamyn and Robert came to our rescue when we found them. We had originally hired another photographer and she was terrible at getting back to us. We were not even given our engagement photos in time to use them for our save the date! Thank God for Jessamyn Photography. They were quick, prompt and professional. There price was even better than the other photographer and the service was beyond our expectations! Thank you Jess and Robert! We highly recommend this husband and wife team. I got married on June 30th, 2013 and we have so many great pictures from our wedding day! I can stare at them all day!! Jessamyn and Robert were great to work with! I met with them first before we had chosen our photographer. They were professional, flexible and was fast at getting back to me with questions, even when they were on vacation! They did my engagement as well, and we got our pictures back within a week. Our wedding pictures came back within 2 weeks! In the past I had really only worked with them on a portrait basis, but once I saw their portfolio of wedding work -- I was sold. My husband and I are so pleased with the photos they took at our wedding a few weeks ago and we can hardly wait to put them into albums for all to see.
They listened to our vision, helped scope the best scenery for our shots, and were efficient and fun to work with...all at the same time. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for great and copious wedding photos.

Jessamyn and Robert seem like great people to work with. I was looking for a wedding photography and was referred to them by my venue. I was able to meet them in person and can tell that they are very passionate with what they do and always have the client's best interest in mind. Their prices are very reasonable and are very accommodating. Unfortunately, I did not end up going with them because I preferred a different style but their customer service was definitely excellent and would recommend them for anyone on a limited budget.

Jessamyn and Robert photographed our wedding in September of 2008. They were both so were amazing, in so many ways! They met with us in person and we discussed in detail exactly what we wanted, and they were respectful of our every wish! We communicated through email often and everytime I thought of something prior to the wedding, I was able to contact them and was always met with a kind and excited response. Having Jessamyn and Robert there put all my fears to rest. Potography was the most important part of the wedding for me, and having two photographers insured that we got all the shots we wanted

Jessamyn and Robert photographed my wedding in July 2005. You couldn't find better photographers. Prior to the wedding we had an engagement session (with our three kids from our soon to be blended family). They had numerous location suggestions and knew what time of day was best to capture the best lighting for the pictures. There were so many great shots it was hard to choose. When it came time for the wedding, they incorporated our suggestions of certain shots we didn't want to miss along with the many they knew we should have based on their experience ( but shots I would not have
