Trademark Mortgage was founded by Kenneth Travis in 2008 upon the principles of integrity and providing the right loan for every borrower's situation. After serving 8 years in the Marine Corps, Kenneth began his career in the mortgage industry with a local mortgage broker as a loan originator.

This was an interesting process to say the least. Went into a contract and had one person working on our loan, and everything was agreed on. Signed the typical final disclosures 3 days before closing, like normal. Then at 7pm the night before closing, some new numbers came rolling in at almost $3000 more than originally signed just 2.5 days prior. You expect numbers to change a little bit, maybe a couple of hundred max - but last minute they figured out a HUGE amount of costs they somehow missed? We were told the woman who originally did our disclosures no longer worked with them, and the mistakes

Working with them was the best decision I made when trying to buy our first house. I know people always tell you to look around but they worked with us for 3 months just helping us get our credit score to what we needed before applying for the loan. They were always there to answer a phone call or email and answer any stupid questions I had since this was my first time. Their customer service is beyond comparable and honestly if I would have gotten a better rate somewhere else I still would have chose them! 😃
