Maggie, a native of Baltimore County, is a graduate of the University of Maryland at College Park. After receiving her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Dentistry in Cleveland, she completed a general practice residency at the University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore.
