Implants are a wonderful way to replace one or more missing teeth within the mouth. Implants are made of titanium and are inserted deep into the jawbone. Over the course of a few months, the implant's post will begin to bond with the surrounding bone. Once this occurs, the implant is a permanent part of your smile and can act as an anchor for crowns, bridges and complete overdentures.
A dental exam and cleaning can help to keep your teeth healthy and strong. Exams give us a clear view of your dental health so that we can implement proper treatment plans for our patients. Cleanings are performed by a registered hygienist who will clean away tartar and stains from the teeth. Together, cleanings and exams are designed to both prevent and detect problems before they are allowed to get worse.
A dental filling is a restoration that is used to replace an area of decay in a tooth. Fillings are typically made using composite resin material, which is tooth-colored in nature. Fillings help to stop the spread of decay as well as fill the small hole that was made to remove the cavity. Fillings can easily last for many years before they'll need to be replaced with new material.
Dental x-rays are often necessary to spot problems that would go unnoticed during a typical examination. X-rays are safe and beneficial to your overall oral health. We work diligently to ensure that the x-ray process is as comfortable and quick as possible. Both adults and children can benefit from having these x-rays taken.

The front office staff, the dental assistant and Dr. Vo are such a joy to work with and learn from! They made my experience with getting two root canals seamless! I am now getting Invisalign, and they have been exceptional with guiding me through the process. I have to also mention that they have the best music selection ever!!!

Not recommended. I was told I had an infection, a dark patch was shown to me on an X-ray, and that I’d have to have my wisdom teeth removed. I was referred to an oral surgeon who disagreed with this prognosis. Worse, they only sent one X-ray over, which did not show the infection, so on the day of my oral surgery consultation we collectively waited half and hour to try to get through to the office by phone to have the correct X-ray sent over. Never did, had to have the X-rays retaken. They sent over one which was useless and then were not available for consultation when the correct X-rays were

Owings Mills Dentistry is great and my hygienist Alisa, sorry if I spelled it wrong, is the best. At Owings Mills Dentistry you are much more than your chart they remember you and treat you like an old friend. Alisa in particular always make me feel comfortable before procedures, she never asks the same questions over and over again, and my teeth/gums are never sore or sensitive when she is done. I just recommended my mom to make a switch.

I would never tell any person to go this place, how can doctor a put a crown on a bad tooth and get paid for it and a month later need a root canal on the same tooth and that has a cost, I had a appointment but i was late coming from work in Va. traffic took me almost 3 hours to get there and he drop me as a patient, it was nothing i could do about… traffic and he told me if I ever had a emergency call him anytime even on the days they are close well i was in all that traffic with a bad toothache and he did want to do anything but to refer me to someone else but turn around and said they

I had to get a tooth extraction and it was my first one. I had Dr. Baron and he explained the process of what he was going to do before it was done. He could tell I was so nervous. I can honestly say since I am terrified of dentists he is by far the BEST dentist I have ever had. He did a great job and I felt no pain at all during the process. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Way to go Dr. Baron.
