Highly recommend. Technicians and receptionist were so sweet and patient. My technician was Xalia and she was amazing! I already am so excited to go back for my next session. Revealed personal information including when, where and what time my next appointment would be to another client. When asked about it they were unprofessional and hardly took any accountability cause according… to them they’re not a doctors office so hippa doesn’t apply neither does discretion. Also made me an offer(I’d still have to pay for) and told me if I didn’t take the offer and remove my google review they would just report it to google and have it removed as fraud. I love coming to satori laser. I used to think that laser hair removal wouldn’t work on dark skin and thick hair. I tried laser in my underarms about 4 years ago and it didn’t work. So I thought never again. But then I found Satori and read all the reviews and also asked about the skin tones they treat and I’m so happy I invested in myself. I’ve been a Satori Laser customer for over 9 years at this point. I used to go to their location in the old New Yorker hotel but switched to Grand Central about 4-5 years ago. I’ve tried LaserAway as well a handful of other laser companies in the city and between the customer service and pricing, I prefer Satori hands down!! I've been doing laser hair removal at Satori Laser for a little over a year now. I started with my underarms, and after seeing INCREADIBLE results after just ONE session, I now go in for full body sessions. This place in incredibly clean at all times, which is very important during these times. Everyone is so nice, from the techs, to the receptionist and they are always willing to work with you in terms of pricing.
