My family needed legal advice during 2016. Chris Heavens visited my home on several occasions, mostly on weekends, due to my busy schedule, he worked around me. He also did this for NO charge. Chris has the ability to utilize other attorneys as a sounding board and are also highly intelligent and have several years experience trying cases. Chris worked in my office the summer before he graduated from WVU College of Law. I knew immediately that he would be a successful attorney. He then worked for me as an associate for four or five years in the early 1990s. Since then, Chris and I have maintained a close relationship and we have even tried cases against each other.
