BEWARE! I took my car in for my contract tire rotation. They convinced me that my oil change place had damaged my lug nuts and my car was unsafe. Then, convinced me they were keeping me safe by charging $200 to fix the issue. My basic oil change actually only checked the tire pressure, and they had used the paperwork on the seat from that day to scam me! These men are unscrupulous at best. There is one star because this site does not allow zero...

USA tires has been my go to for years since I began driving as a teen. This place is also my families go to. Ali, the owner always take care of my car & has best prices in town. They are always quick as well.
There is also a vending machine with chips & drinks, that helps keep my little one happy while my car gets serviced.

Took my car in to get an alignment, and noticed afterward a bad pull to the left. Called and let them know, and was told that since it's to fix something that has already been paid for (something they didn't do correctly) I'd have to wait over a week to be seen. Waited, took the car in, was told they were too busy and I'd have to schedule for over another week out. Finally when I was able to take my car in, I leave it, get it back, and the pull is still there. Tried calling, same thing, they're too busy to see me. I don't recommend this place at all.

After we picked up our Toyota Sienna with 4 new tires we were told it was out of alignment and only a dealer could do the alignment. He did not mention this when we arranged the appointment and discussed alignment, if needed.
When driving the car home we noticed a severe shimmy at freeway speed. This had not been present before but we'd been told it needed alignment, so... We then took the car to our local dealer and paid $120 for an alignment; they said it was a bit out but not bad. And another thing, the blind spot warning feature did not work at all.

This was the worst tire shop I have ever been to.
I got new tires and an alignment. When I got my car back it shook out of control over 40mph.
I called them and they said they drove it after alignment and it was fine. Obviously they never drove it.
I brought vehicle back. They argued with me. Then finally rebalanced tires. They found dirt on rim. This was why it didn't balance properly the first time.
They told me I had to clean the dirt off that's not there job!!! Unbelievable. I worked at tire shops for 10 years and I always was taught to clean rims so you get a proper balance.

The owner is very nice and helpful. He never tries to take advantage of someone who doesn't know much much about wheels. They do an excellent job for a very affordable price. We have been coming here for years and have never had a problem. They offer guidance and solutions for any wheel problems you may have. The best part of all is how fast their service is, it's faster than ordering a pizza! You will be in and out in under 10 minutes that's guaranteed for almost any wheel related issue. Five stars for customer service and speed!
Somehow we had misplaced our wheel lock key and Les Schwab basically turned us away for a flat repair.
We were referred to USA tires by Auto Zone and sure enough they had the tools needed to get the locks off, did this and repaired my flat immediately with no wait. I will be returning here for my future tire needs.

I was in a bit of a pickle, I drove over a curb on main street. I felt vulnerable, being female and unsure if who would be honest about helping me with my tire problem. They were extremely helpful, and honest, they only charged $30 to fix a bent rim and fill the tire back up with air, and replace the hubcap. I highly recommend taking your car to this business!

They are OPEN DURING COVID! We had a small emergency with a flat tire, and this Mom and Pop shop went ABOVE and BEYOND all our expectations. The best customer service I've received for automobile services, they have the best pricing out of the 4 businesses I called, and they offer truly world class service. We don't even live in the area, but after this experience we are willing to drive 1.5 hours for all our tire-related needs just to come here.

Approximately 200 miles away from home and our left rear tire just blew off in the middle of hi way .Husband put in small spare tire while I tried calling USA tires(found them through yelp),we arrived at their
shop and it's 2 minutes before 7pm( closing time).The gentlemen who works there are very friendly and they fix our tire right away.Thank you so much USA Tires staff.
