After over 20 years in various accounting and finance capacities in the corporate world, Jodi decided to switch gears and start her own business. With her husband's support, she started researching several franchising opportunities. With fitness always an important part of Jodi's life, opening a personal training studio was a natural fit!

This membership is a complete program tailored to your personal needs, with customized fitness training and nutritional support.
Each trainer at My House Fitness of Allen has a different, yet effective, training style. So, it's very easy to match clients with a trainer they will enjoy. And, clients can move between trainers if they want to switch things up! We hire trainers that have a national training certification, experience, and a passion for helping people achieve their goals.

I have been training here for about 2 months and I love it. Sabrina is very knowledgeable and personalizes the workouts for your needs. I really like that it isn’t a packed gym and only training happens there. This cuts down in the amount of people in the gym at one time and just makes it feel like you get more personal attention. They are flexible with your schedule and it’s very clean. Great prices too! Highly recommended

I have had nothing but good experiences with my time at My House Fitness. The staff is very friendly. I have been working out with Keri for over 3 years now. She is much more than a personal trainer to me. She is a good friend. The owners care about you as a person. Love the small group setting that allows for more customized workouts! My trainer,Keri, is awesome and the other ladies in my group have become friends. I look forward to my sessions each week! The owner, Jodi ensures that all of the safety protocols are in place and I feel very secure in attending in person. My husband and I love My House Fitness of Allen! We have pretty full schedules, but our trainer, Keri, has been wonderful to work with and makes the most of our time with her. Thanks to Keri's encouragement and personalized workout routines for our group, we have broken the cycle of inactivity that came about after COVID. The facility is clean and superbly managed - it is worth the trip to Allen!
