Wonderful experience with Bauman Dermatology clinic! This practice is terrific. Definitely recommend for any and all medical or cosmetic needs!

Unfortunately this is a very judgmental company. I sent a résumé for a certified medical assistant position that they have and I was denied because I have tattoos piercings and stretched ears. It’s very unfortunate that they are still judging potential employees based on body art we are in 2022 in Washington state where there are all forms of body art. The best advice I can give to this company is he will lose a lot of potential employees based on your judgment on physical appearance.

I mentioned that I would have a date next day after treatment appointment so I need something with no down time. Also I need to put on make up the next day.
They recommended scarlet RF. Now I have to cancel the date since My face is horrible the second day. I googled that such treatment requires at least one week to recover. OMG, the staff should have told me that!!

Experience was very positive. Staff was very professional, very efficient yet friendly and courteous . I felt well treated and cared for.

So happy I found Dr. Bauman. I had little bumps under my eyes (genetic) and have been wanting to get them remove them for so long.

Came in for a consult with Dr. Bauman on a Wednesday afternoon, in which she told me about the bumps and what my options were. She was able to squeeze me in the following morning. Procedure was quick and painless (Dr numbed the area prior and during when I needed more). Dr. Bauman was reassuring easy to talk to, and has a great bedside manner.

Easy to make an appointment, ample parking, and they follow COVID procedures with masks and distancing inside.

Honestly kinda scammy. I went there three times and got pretty good help the first two times. The front desks staff always seems kinda rude like they don’t wanna be there but I get that. But last time I went in she didn’t even look at my skin I told her what I thought may have been my issue and she immediately diagnosed me after maybe one minute in the office with hormonal acne and gave me a strong prescription to lower my testosterone. After it became clear I had been severely misdiagnosed and my skin was worse than ever and in severe pain I went to another dermatologist who could not believe

My recent surgical procedure and aftermath at this office did not go as expected.  I had a squamous cell carcinoma removed, the "at home care of a wound" was vague and not clearly  defined. After stitch removal one of the long stitches was left in place and the steri-strips came off within 24 hours.  I went to Urgent Care and received much needed help. I would not recommend this clinic or doctor.

I admire everyone at Dr. Carla J. Bauman’s clinic, including Sara, and Luke and Carla Bauman, because they are very kind. Everyone at the clinic can help you feel less nervous and more confident in yourself. Coming here makes me feel better about myself because I feel more happy and confident when I get treated.

I see Amanda Norton primarily and she is fabulous….informed, experienced, knowledgeable and very compassionate. Dr. Bauman’s practice is professional and well managed. She is an experienced physician and I value her expertise.

First time visit to this doctor. 10:00 appt.
Staff was professional. Moved from waiting room to exam room on time. The wait in the exam room was under 5 minutes. The doctor listened and responded with options quickly and decisively. I was driving away at 10:35! This is a well run office with friendly, professional staff. Highly recommended.

I have never come across someone who is so thorough and talented as Amanda. She really takes her time to study your face, even if its the most minimal injectable treatment she will make sure you achieve the look you desire. I am always so impressed every time I go to this Medical Center, I'm excited to get even more treatments done. I absolutely 100% recommend this med spa, not only for their amazing treatments but for also the reason they really care about their patients. Sheena is also so caring and listens to what you want, answers your questions and relays them properly to her team. Great great

I really enjoyed my visit to Dr. Bauman's practice. First off I was very happy with the speed in which I was seen. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Upon my arrival the check in was quick and easy and very little wait time. Dr. Bauman was attentive and informative with her diagnosis of my condition. We shared a laugh about dr pimple popper. Set a follow up appointment and we're all set!! Thank you for a nice experience!!

I got a positive experience here, especially with Janice Kim, the Master Esthetician. I had a severe case of Eczema back when I was growing up in India and my skin was always irritated. As a result of it, I used to scratch a lot and it left a lot of scars and hyper pigmentation on my face and neck. I tried a lot of creams in India, but most of them didn't work.

Once I moved to the Seattle area, because of less pollution and relatively pleasant weather, my skin never got irritated but the pigmentation stayed. So, I went to Dr. Bauman's office for treatment and I was introduced to Janice

Such pathetic doctors office , Specially their front desk is so rude and don't know how to talk to patient. I would never recommend this Clinic to any of my family and friends. One example is that even after leaving a voice mail they charged me no show fees and says that it doesn't match their manually written notes where in I showed records on phone. I wish they had negative rating I would give -5 star. The person at reception is so rude.

I have been twice to see Dr Bauman and have been very pleased both times. Just as impressive as the good doctor is the office staff. I've talked to Rosa multiple times and she has gone above and beyond with not only working with my insurance to get what I need covered, but has also kept me in the loop every step along the way. I am SO MUCH MORE than satisfied with everyone I've come into contact with. Thank you Dr. Bauman and especially Rosa for all your help!

Prescription ran out. Multiple calls made and no calls returned to assist. Will be looking for a new doctor

My family and I have been seeing Dr Bauman for years and she's quickly and professionally dealt with everything we've thrown at her. From kids with ridiculous acne and strange bumps to me with years of sun exposure and the wrinkles that come with four kids. She and her staff know what they are doing and I completely trust them to help with each new bump and wrinkle that we come up with.

The office is beautiful and peaceful and the front staff is friendly and quick with a greeting as soon as you walk in. I couldn't ask for a more caring, down to earth doctor to help us with any

I'm going to a class reunion in a couple of weeks and was interested in looking a bit "extra" good. So I asked Dr. Bauman if she could help me.
I was nervous about bruising or looking like one of those overdone celebrities with the big duck lips. Plus I'm human so I was also nervous about it hurting.
But...Dr Bauman is an amazing doctor plus she's an artist when it comes to the beauty biz. So yesterday she gave me some botox and fillers and today I look amazing. Seriously, not kidding.

My mother went to see Carla about an issue she had related to her face. She's too kind so she refused to write this review, but I feel we have a responsibility the community of Bellevue to report has has happened to her through her appointments with Carla. Mom has had a ring around her lips that is peeling and red since October 2018. Carla had prescribed a variety of different things over these past 6 months, none of which worked. That can happen to any doctor and trial and error is part of the game, however, the part which is really difficult to come to terms with is that what has happened

It's like they don't even want your business. I went in on june 8th to see about getting 2 moles removed and they said okay we'll call your insurance and then call you back with a quote of how much it will cost. 10 days later I called because I hadn't heard anything from them and the lady I spoke with said she would talk to her office manager and get on it saying how she didnt know why I hadn't been called back yet. It's now been 2 weeks and I still haven't gotten a call from them. I'm pretty sure it doesn't take this long to call my insurance company

Beware they charge a finance charge if it is not paid for super quickly. They charged me even I just pay for the bill 2 months after the visit.
The visit is just meh, and they send a lot junk mails to my home after the visit.

I am so pleased with the excellent service I received at this office. I went last week for my first full skin exam. I wasn't sure how things would go. The MA Irene fully explained everything, so my insecurities quickly went out the door. I was extremely happy with what the waiting room looked like, and the high level of cleanliness was consistent throughout the office. I saw
Shane Keck and he was amazing. I am truly thrilled to have had this experience and def will be a return client. Thank you so much.

I was referred to this business by my doctor thinking that I will be seen by the Doctor I have been referred to. Unfortunately I was not right. After a cold reception service I was seen for an skin care assistant not an MD and I was given a medication that was not good fit to my skin and I had to deal with the drug company they hooked me up to. I am not going back and neither referring anyone to this business.

I moved out of the area six months ago but am back looking for a dermatologist. Reading the posts brought back a lot of emotions of my experience.

I have to agree with some of the other posts that felt overcharged and that Dr. Bauman was distant. I asked her to review my skin condition on my face and pointed out one small area of concern and she assessed it all from across the room.

I have had minor surgery for a reoccurring issue on my back several times over the years with different dermatologists but Dr Bauman's fee was excessive. I called before I booked to get an estimate to make

I hope things have changed but I agree with others. The only time I went was because I had something on my upper chest. I told her the reason and I pointed out at her and from were she was siting she took a look. She did not get up to get closer. I have never seen this before with any other doctor. She was nice and respectful but I think a dermatologist should take a look closer.

As I was waiting in the front room a staff was talking to a patient and after she hung up , she was complaining about the patient to another staff. Everyone in the room could hear and see her making faces. I felt sad
