Brought my car in because of a transmission error msg, they checked the transmission which was ok and said that the problem was electrical. They told me I would have to bring it back to check every electrical system in the car and that while they normally diagnose the problem free I would have to pay $300 due to labor cost, then once found I would have to bring it back in again to replace likely 1 or 2 sensors. So likely another several hundred dollars. I do a basic search for that error online & literally the first thing that comes up says that all you have to due to fix is replace the auxiliary

This place was supposed to replace my motor after Valvoline ruined my engine with a poorly executed oil change. Global Auto Solutions Never once contacted me to update me that my vehicle was ready for pick up. I showed up at 1030am on a Saturday which according to they hours of operation is during open hours. No one is at the location. I call the number associated with this location and an automated answering service says they are helping another client. I can see straight through the windows. Nobody's is inside to help anyone. I am beyond fed up. This place its terrible with professionalism and

Not professional at all they just look at my vehicle and trying to charge me 80 just for showing up. James in the front desk was disrespectful started saying bad things about my car and when I asked what he was charging me 80 he said “seems that money is a problem.” Will never be returning to this location ever again.

BE AWARE! ESPECIALLY WOMEN! This business overcharges, double charges and then refuses to refund your money. Owner owes monies double charged for repairs in January 2020 and IN April 2021 by incompetent Office Manager, James. James is a BULLY when you reject his flirtatious attempts and/or questions high charges! Owner ENCOURAGES BULLYING! I engaged Law Enforcement to request my refunds and Michael REFUSED. I've dealt with several different mechanics throughout my years of driving and having a car and they are the most best professional nice group of mechanics. Took my vehicle here, it was misfiring and also had some check engine codes.Not only did they give me a ride back to my house ( Which nobody ever offers anymore anywhere else it seems) they performed the diagnostic and did the repair and had my vehicle back to me within 24 hours. Amazing job would definitely recommend this business. They were honest and communicative with me the throughout the whole process.

Let me start off by saying this place has friendly staff, but their services are terrible. They told me my car had a problem with my ECU and so i left my car to be fixed with them because the shop i usually go to is a bit further and i did not want to risk being stuck on side of the road. When i came back from a week long vacation they still had not fixed my car and had me waiting even longer. When i finally got my car back i had it for a week or 2. I was charged over 1000$ for the fix. Boom! car fails to start again and has same problem. So i get lucky enough to get it started again after 10-15

This is my third time coming here to fix my car. First time it was for headlights. Second time my side mirror. Today it was for my car battery and a oil change. Micheal and the repair techs are very courteous. Micheal the manager is not forceful with the repairs. He tells you what the problem is and tells you how much it's going to be. I haven't went there back to my car and was told well we also found this other thing you have to repair. He is very honest when it comes to your car repairs and the pricing. Awesome service. I have been looking for an honest, trustworthy mechanic for years. I found them here. Michael is great to work with. I have been taking our cars to Global for over a decade now. Michael is the best! He is honest and will research problems for us tirelessly.

Rip-off. They were my 3rd try to find an honest car repair shop for my 4 vehicles after recently moving to the area. Based on the reviews I gave them a try when my battery went dead. They charged me $45 to tell me my battery needed replacing. I passed 4 other shops that test for free to try them out. When I explained my intent to bring them all my business they did not care. They only wanted their $45. Stay away from them!!
