Steve is a fantastic trainer, absolutely one of the best. With his extensive knowledge of personal training combined with his expertise in martial arts and boxing, he designed a hybrid training program designed especially to meet my needs. I have several chronic injuries that he works around while still allowing me to train hard and get into shape. His dedication and experience is helping me reach my goals. Steve is the BEST!!

I first started working out with Will after taking a class where he pointed out to me the same thing my Chiropractor pointed out. I’m a runner and over the past 2 years have had 3 stress fractures. I had been all over and spoken to everyone from orthopedics, to trainers, to physical therapist, to endocrinologist and my chiropractor. Since Will and my chiropractor seemed to be on the same page (without Will even knowing me or my history), I decided to give his personal training a shot. Since working with Will I am back to happily running the roads of New Fairfield injury free and feeling stronger

Will has been a great personal trainer for my wife and I. He’s given us personalized workouts specifically for our needs / goals, and tailored everything so we can do these exercises in our home gym. Results come quick! Also, he’s been helping fix my shoulder impingement — I’ve felt better mobility in the 1st week, than the 2 previous months with my chiro. We highly recommend Will.

Knowing Will personally for many years at Western Connecticut State University, he has and always will be looking out for the well being of others. I've been other trainers in the New Fairfield area, but Wil Power Fitness as the best by far. I saw Alysha twice a week and then did the program my personal trainer designed for me once a week on my own.
Prime Time Fitness is the best spot in town to workout in. They have super friendly and welcoming staff, fun classes, and clean bathrooms. I liked being able to get a good workout in first thing in the morning, take a quick shower and be off to work.
I'd definitely recommend the personal trainers at Will Power Fitness. They are personable, fun and give you the butt kicking that you need.

Will has been my personal trainer for almost 9 months now and I've got to say he is the best. Will takes the time to get to know his clients and their needs. He works with you and puts in the time and effort to hit every goal you have. He's opened my eyes to goals I never even knew I wanted. When I first started my weight loss journey I was lost, very uncomfortable in my body and with myself, and felt generally hopeless. I started working with Will after many years of little to no weight training. He developed a gradual approach for me, incorporating stretching and focusing on the key muscles to improve some specific issues I was having. He is incredibly knowledgeable and applies that knowledge in a creative, safe, yet challenging program that has helped me start down a path of total body fitness that I was looking for.
