We have used Sureride every April for the last 4 years for a group of exchange students. This company, especially Raul Robles, has been nothing short of FABULOUS! Raul has patiently worked with us to make our excursion plans, always understanding when the plans changed :), have had super clean buses and competitive prices.

Raul and his team are amazing! We were so ecstatic that they were available to shuttle our guests to and from our event. Not only was he very communicative, but he was also flexible with competitive pricing and a beautiful, clean fleet of vehicles.

We planned a wedding in San Diego and needed transportation from our hotel to the wedding venue then to the rehearsal dinner and finally back to the hotel. We had a group of 38 people and were picked up, delivered and delivered again in a very clean and comfortable Luxury Mini Coach. Our driver Al was professional, courteous, safe and on time for each leg of the trip. Sureride was a 5+ in my estimation. There were no surprises with the final price and Raul was always available to make suggestions or changes, they delivered as promised.

Excellent time was had by all! I have not used a bus service in the past, but was very pleased with the service provided. They were very responsive and arrived early. The bus was very clean, comfortable, and air conditioned. They were very patient and answered all of my questions and responded during off hours. They helped us load and unload our equipment. Driver was very accommodating. Will use again.

Our church, Clairemont Lutheran, used Sureride to take a small group of people up to Los Angeles to visit the Museum of Tolerance. Our driver, Al, was very polite, prompt and helpful. He was an experienced driver and got us safely to our destination. (One never knows when dealing with Los Angeles traffic!) The price is right for the bus you get as well. We were able to take food and drinks on the bus, they had a dvd player if we wanted to use it, and each row of seats had an electrical outlet to charge phones, laptops or whatever might need it. The bus has leather seats, seat belts, and arm rests

Sureride offers great prices for a top notch coach service. We booked their 56-person bus to take a group of our wedding guests to and from our venue in Alpine. They were prompt, professional, and the bus was clean and well-maintained. Being the groom, it was great to have the gratuity included with our booking price (which was reasonable to begin with), and therefore one less thing for me and my wife to worry about on our wedding day.

Day and night runs to the airport, gaslamp and other points of interest. Hop on hop off vip bus service for our partners, clients and prospectives. An unbelievable driver (Steve). Heck, we even had a roving bar and they provided us with two coolers (one very last minute) and a cupcake station in the minibus.
