Action Home was fantastic! Robert was friendly, professional and most of all very thorough. He allowed us to walk around with him, ask lots of questions and gave us immediate feedback. He ended up saving us thousands and thousands of dollars by avoiding a money pit that was beautiful on the outside but failed inspection behind the walls. Will definitely use him again when we find our next home!

Great experience. We like to refer to Robert as the 'Super Inspector', he is truly amazing. We have used him a few times to conduct home inspections, water inspections, septic inspections and HVAC inspections and the guy is quite knowledgeable and very thorough. When we first hired Robert we were expecting to be there for maybe 1-2 hours... well it took him 4-5 hours and we maybe underestimating it and he looked at EVERYTHING. My point is.... that is exactly what you want in a home inspector because after all that is the point of the inspection in the first place and Robert did not disappoint.
