So I interviewed for this job and mind you I had no background experience. So when I interviewed I told Justin who is the hiring manager I had no background in the dental field which he said was fine because I'll be trained for 5 weeks. I said great and I started on a Monday, but then Wednesday rolled around and I was let go because they needed someome to be able to perform the job asap! I was told by Justin that the company just didn't have the time to train me properly which I was very confused. On my last day my trainer was a hour and a half late to work so I was stuck working by myself and

I was offered employment at this location, followed by being told to submit my two week notice at my current place of work. Upon placing my two weeks, my employer asked me if I would be willing to finish out my current week with the company in addition to the two week notice in order to give them sufficient time to find a replacement for me. I accepted because my employers were good to me, only to find that frontier dental lab called me a day before my two weeks were finished to inform me that they would no longer be hiring me due to the extra week I needed to finish out in my current employment

As a Dentist I have used Frontier Dental Labs for almost all my porcelain work for the past 5 years. I am very selective with my labs, I have tried many and stuck with Frontier. They do excellent aesthetic work and I have had very good experiences with their customer service. All my patients who have gone to their location for custom shade selection have said good things.
