Services
BS, NASM CPT, CITS, PGFA, FMT, CPR/AED - Owner/Certified Personal Trainer - Geri McGurk has made a life career in Health and Fitness. She has been a personal sports and fitness trainer for more than 35 years. A graduate of Montclair State University, she holds both a BS in Physical Education and Health Education, is a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer, and an IFORM Training Specialist.
Many people belong to "general membership" gyms, yet only a few truly know how to accomplish their fitness goals. The majority of these "gym members" mimic what they see others doing, repeatedly perform the same exercises, use incorrect and sometimes dangerous technique, and rarely see the results they long for.
If your budget does not allow for one-on-one training, we are the first facility to incorporate the latest computerized technology. The IFORM allows us to offer an affordable personal training option.

Through a dedicated Internet connection, the IFORM (which takes the place of 7 functional strength training machines), delivers a client's workout (personally designed by a certified personal trainer and based on each client's personal needs and goals as determined by a comprehensive fitness assessment).
Due to changes in medical reimbursement, many individuals receive limited physical therapy. Some try to continue doing what they remember at home, or go to a gym arriving with physical limitations in strength and motion related to the affected area. There may also be cumulative imbalances due to the injury or disorder.
If you have been diagnosed with Osteopenia or Osteoporosis, the right exercise program can decrease bone loss, increase bone density, improve posture and reduce the risk of fractures at any age. High Definition offers a unique multi-level progressive Osteoporosis Program that includes posture, balance, core stability, cardio, and strength exercises.
