Our bodies are full of knowledge that can guide us back to health and happiness. When we understand our body's particular challenges, we can create a custom road map for reclaiming our vitality, energy, and resilience. Our bodies are speaking to us through our symptoms. I'll help you connect to the wisdom and rhythm of your body, and to support you to do the internal work necessary to heal through lifestyle shifts.

As a holistic health and lifestyle coach, I draw on deep listening, my experience with herbal medicine and nutrition, and state-of-the-art functional testing to empower you to take your health in a whole new direction. I teach you how to create deeply nourishing habits so they become the weave of your life, rather than feeling burdensome.

I used to be one of those people who was always sick. I had headaches, migraines, hives, chronic sinus inflammation and digestive trouble. Add years of accumulated life stress and traumas and my body was really yelling for help. I wasn't sleeping well, barely had enough energy to get through the day and my studies, and felt at times like I was going CRAZY.
Join yoga teachers Anna Matriotti & Emily Silver for a week of lasting transformation. Reconnect to your body and mind with a combination of asana, mediation, plant medicine, Ayurveda & more. Immersed in the elements at Xinalani, we will work with air, earth, fire and water to understand what each element represents and how they can help us deeply embody and heal.
It takes courage to tend to our bodies. To care for them and listen to what they are trying to tell us. Until that happens? We use coffee to focus us, food to ground us and alcohol to help us unwind. Or we keep busy so that we don't have to slow down and feel our exhaustion. In this session we will figure out which areas need the most support and design a custom plan that will empower you in your health journey. This option is for anyone who needs some guidance and insight into what might be the underlying factors contributing to fatigue or other health challenges. This is a way to connect the dots around what might be linked to your most persistent health challenges and set a plan for a new beginning.
