Certified Water Services fixed our water problem (well water... too many contaminants including arsenic way above acceptable levels). They were very professional, arrived on time, did the work in a timely fashion, explained things well, and will follow-up shortly to inspect the work they did. Was great but the salt was overfill so kept bridging and wouldn't regen on its own. Have to manually regen all the time and when initially alerted the company I was going to be charged for them to come out and fix something that didn't work from The beginning. When our system works on its own its great and the service was good but wish it worked to begin with.

We have been using Certified Water Services for several years now for the yearly maintenance on our well filtration system, always been happy with their services. This year we actually had to replace the very old unit with a new one which they installed for us. Very happy with the installation and new system so far, and would definitely recommend their services if you have well water or any type of water filtration system in your home.

Wonderful experience with CWS from start to finish. They were a 2nd opinion for my water services and were recommended by another service person i was working with for other services. Had an RO system, neutralizer and softener installed. They even set up the RO system to connect to a refrigerator for me in the future. All of the work was clean and done exactly as explained. No problem recommending them to anyone looking to have any water problems addressed! They seem to honestly care about their services and their clients' experience.

I give Certified Water Services my highest recommendation. The Company performed extensive testing on the quality of the well water in our new home and did an excellent job explaining the results.
