I have been with A CLEAR ALTERNATIVE for 14 years. This company has helped us maintain our water softening system and our water filter. Our water tastes as good as NYC. We used them for both emergent needs in addition to routine care. Contract includes 12 Free bags of Salt Annually. Jerry is awesome

Charged over $200 more than quoted, and did not communicate why until after the job was complete. Wife was there busy with kids, totally took advantage of the situation. Mis-quote on bags of salt. When I did call, I was told I would receive a call back. Nothing. Only communication was the check being cashed. First time users, taken advantage of.

A Clear Alternative has been my water softener service provider for over 20 years now. They installed the system over 20 years ago, and have maintained my system over the same period of time. They are always prompt, courteous, and masters of their trade in keeping my system performing optimally. I would recommend them to anyone requiring their system.

Service rep arrived on time. He completed the job quickly. Rep said that the control on my salt unit is old and slow. I wonder why it wasn't replaced. My contract which I've had for over three years calls for full parts and labor coverage. I also just paid over $1500 to purchase an acid neutralizer i was renting . The company continues to charge me a monthly rental fee. I have called multiple times and I am told that the person who handles that is out and they would return my call. As of yet, No one has responded. I am getting more dissatisfied daily. Probably going to need a lawyer just to contact

I purchased a water purification system for my entire house. It is a big system that softens and purifies all the water coming into the house. What a big difference! Every six months they come out and change the filter and fill up the large container with bags of salt. This company is super easy to work with. I highly recommend them. I got rid of my water delivery service

They were very accommodating to my schedule for my pool fill and extremely flexible when I needed to adjust. Overall it was a great experience and I'm so happy I decided to not use my hose. Money well spent. A few hours to fill a 30,000 gallon pool vs. what would have been days lost with a hose.

Steer clear - to be fair, our job (delivery and pickup of a potable water tank) was completed, however it was not without dealing with the rude staff at this company. I paid more than I'd like to admit for a tank of potable water, only to be told by the owner "he was not in the business of taking water away," when the driver arrived to water left in the tank. After the driver was an hour late with no apology. Job got done but I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have been working with A Clear Alternative for the past 15 months. Their customer service is exceptional from the office staff conversations all the way to installation by the technicians. I found them honest and upfront with me and what water system I needed for my particular situation. Installation was done neatly and professionally and follow-ups have been done in the same fashion. I would highly recommend them for any water treatment or purification systems.

I do not recommend this company at all. They came out on Wednesday 3-23-16 and were suppose to get my water softener and carbon filter working. The water softener keeps running without end and they put something blue or black in my downstairs toilet tank. The water runs grey. Need to get a plumber after they put these things in my pipes that turn them blue/black tint.

I came home and the water softener was still running water after 3 hours. I let it sit another 2 hours and it was still running. Don't get caught up in their contract. The regeneration cycle should last 1-2 hours. Mine is still
