Excellent! I used the Yelp request a quote feature and got connected very quickly with Tom (owner) of the company. We talked soon after and he gave me all of the information that I needed.
I inquired about when we can get the RO system installed as we didn't have a fresh water dispenser on the fridge and were getting tired of drinking for water jugs and bottles. So I just sent him a simple note to ask if there was any way that they could install sooner than later. Tom went out of his way to personally come out and do the install, since they were going to be out of town for a conference

Had an issue with my well water purification system. Called Kel Tren,w ho came within 48 hrs, spent a good amount of time explaining the process, system and why they thought it needed a change. I would have preferred that I did not need to add a new component, but they seem to have the right logic. Extremely professional, friendly and logical. Looking forward to comparing their approach and further updating this review

This company has provided service to my home since i bought it five years ago. In every encounter I have found them to be professional, conscientious, and highly trustworthy. All good, except for the fact that there was no mention of the $125 service fee when I set up the appointment to check a system they installed.
Long story short, I will be paying $200+ for a water test from a remediation system, they installed a year ago.
Tried to understand the logic behind the fee, but really did not get anywhere except this "As you know, owning and operating a business in NJ has many expenses. The service call covers those business expenses, taxes, gas, insurances, salary, etc." Sure, how about charging a fee that correlates to the actual service being done? How
