I had a gift certificate through my employer's thrive account thru spa finder and Elite spa came up as an option near me. I booked a therapeutic massage and I enjoyed it so much I booked a second a month later. As good as the first was the second was even better. Both masseurs were good but the second really did a terrific job. I may be biased as I was a little achy and tight going in so I told the masseur of the areas and she concentrated on those areas first.
I felt incredible by the end of the season.

This spa took the BEST care of my friend and me! There was a mistake where we thought we had an appointment for pedicures, but they didn't have it scheduled in their system and no one was available to do the service for us. Well, we ended up getting something a lot better! They allowed us to hang out in their sauna/salt therapy room for about two to three hours. We relaxed and chatted in there while Rebecca was at our beck and call, checking on us often and bringing us so many appetizers and drinks! They even gave us complimentary drinks! I have gone to this spa many times over the years and it is always a lovely experience. The atmosphere inside is cozy and warm, the setting on the farm feels so tranquil, and the staff is always so personable and professional. L-O-V-E Elite from head to toe this professional serene setting will make you come back for more. They offer alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as well as snacks. Their services are all top notch . I tried a lash and brow tint today and wow . Samantha was perfect I felt like I had known her for years. She was so knowledgeable and gentle . I went here today for the first time, and will definitely be returning. Shey gave me a manicure and was wonderful. She was so patient with me as I took forever to choose a color because I couldn't decide. She helped provide recommendations and ended up helping me find the perfect color! The gel manicure was flawless and so relaxing. I then got a hair cut and blowout from Kayla. She was also fantastic!! I have a ton of hair and again she was so patient and sweet. I saw some reviews about Elite Skin Rejuvenation. Wanted to try somewhere new I don't go often but I've been to a few places. Honestly this was my best experience yet . I made an appt for a pedicure, and attended my first visit with them. It was a very welcoming visit. The staff were extremely kind and attentive. The service was amazing. The massage chair felt great. Jessica is who worked on my nails and did an amazing job. Very social as well. I had a wonderful first experience. Look forward to another visit with them. We had the earlier portion of my Bachelorette party here. We all had a wonderful time. They had snacks and sangria for us, the services were amazing and the staff was friendly and personable. They also had a cute (hypoallergenic) puppy running around and let our dogs run around in the back. We will be back again! Thank you! :)

This place is a joke. Don’t bother wasting your money! First off, majority of their employees doing services aren’t licensed. Secondly, the owner is a fraud. The things i’ve heard about the woman running this place is actually appalling. Receptionists doing nails, aestheticians that aren’t actually. If you want a real spa day, go elsewhere.

Let me preface this by saying Elite Spa has always been my first choice. I frequent the spa with my mother for some pampering every few months for manis and pedis. I have never had a complaint!
With this being said, on Sunday 3/7, I had an 11:30 appointment with my mother for pedicures. When we arrived, the receptionist couldn't seem to find my appointment, but did have my mother's. So we sat for awhile (20 minutes or so). Not a big deal.
While we were waiting, we inquired about the heated neck wraps, as we usually always receive one. The receptionist stated she didn't have any

I went here for a couple's massage three days ago and to say I was nervous about having my first massage was an understatement. But as soon as we arrived they entered us in a beautiful waiting room with warm neck wraps which quickly shifted our mind and we instantly felt relaxed. We celebrated our Valentines and anniversary that day with wonderful endless drinks, cheese and crackers, we will definitely come back here! I was just in for a eyebrow wax and therapeutic back and neck massage and it was amazing!! Carla did a great job with my brows. She was pleasant and professional even chatted with me while doing my brows. Elizabeth was amazing! She listened to me and provided exactly what we discussed. This spa offers the ultimate in pampering!! The location and setting is serene, and that is only the beginning. The staff is professional and extremely easy to work with, and answer any questions etc. They offer a huge diverse list of services. My daughter-in-law actually had her bachelorette day start there..... and what a superb start it was! I would highly recommend this lovely Spa.

I stumbled upon this salon after looking on the internet for a local spa (Fall River) and was pleased to come across Elite Skin, which allowed me to book online. I scheduled a 90 minute therapeutic massage with Kristie and I will 100% be going back (already scheduled my next massage). They are located on a farm, which I thought was awesome and the energy was very welcoming and warming. Kristie did an amazing job and provided an amazing 90 minutes of peace and relaxation. They offer a bunch of services and I look forward to trying them all! Definitely recommend!

Visited this spa again after a great first trip here. The day of this massage was an open house as well, which was terrible. NOT COVID FRIENDLY. There were so many people, many eating in an enclosed area (including the reception area, so as I went to check in, I was standing in very close proximity with folks not wearing masks). I was about 10 minutes late for my appointment, and after checking in was ushered into the waiting area/open house food room. It took about 5 minutes for the masseuse to come get me, and I was having a bite, so she told me to take my time and came back about 5 minutes later

I have been a client at Elite since 2003. The year they opened. My daughters & I have had many services. We were always pleased. Elite is a high end spa & affordable. It is Heaven for me. I visit once a month. The owner Wendy, goes out of her way to make sure ever is pleased. This spa is set out in the country. The decor & surroundings are very relaxing. I get my monthly pedicure with Ashley this week. All of the staff are very professional. I have been hooked on Elite for 17 years. Can't wait to see the new addition!

My girlfriend has been coming here for years now and finally she convinced me to come and experience the bliss that's delivered here. Located in a beautiful quiet country setting, you walk in to the smell of oils and the sounds of quiet. You're then seated in a waiting room where you're treated with lite snacks and drinks while you wait.
We both had Karen who took care of my girlfriend first then after her it was my turn. Very professional, and friendly I enjoyed every moment of this relaxing mid-morning pampering.

I scheduled an appointment for the Ultimate Bliss Massage and was so excited because it helps with chakra healing as well as mind body and soul, unfortunately I had to cancel one hour prior due to a stomach bug. When I called they were very professional and understanding. I really was bummed about having to cancel last minute and appreciate them being so understanding. I was looking for a massage on short notice, and tried Elite for the first time yesterday. They were able to accommodate me within a few hours, and I had a 1 hour therapeutic massage for $70 (included aromatherapy which I requested for congestion and this was very helpful!). Kristie was the massage therapist, she did an excellent job. A pleasant and relaxing environment, I will definitely go back.

So as a guy who has been getting manicures and pedicures for many many years and have always used gel on my hands and my toes.
Sometimes I get strange looks because I like to put darker color on my nails..
So these girls treat you with respect and makes you feel very welcome there.
I felt like I have been going there for a long time.
Not rushed and they take their time.
Pretty amazing place and very comfortable.
With all that being said the added bonus is there are just truly beautiful ladies working there who treat you with respect and pamper you.

Reached out directly to the owner - upon receipt of the automated request to either 'leave a good review on yelp' or 'reach out to the owner so they can make it right' - and no reply after 12 days.
I used to love this place and am sad to leave this review. Massage was great, but my gift card, with Elite Day Spa information printed directly on it, wasn't honored. Location is lovely, but relaxation was ruined by management. I'll find another small business to support when I'm in the area.
