When our well went out, we let a different company work on it for 10 days without getting it all fixed. It was a hard 10 days without water and it cost us thousands of dollars to do all the junk they had suggested. Finally we called Mountsin View and within about 1 hour they had our water back on and broke the news that we didn't even need to waste all those thousands and they would have had it back on day 1. Thankful we finally had them out to the house and they fixed it so fast.

After learning more about my well, I realized the vent cap needs to be off and therefore retract my low star review, I'm grateful for their staff to get my pump up and functioning, I should have spent more time asking questions before assuming the well cap should be completely closed.
I did however decide to go ahead and shock my well after installing a new pressure tank and lines.

Wow, they are great. While on vacation in Cancun we found out we had no water in the house. A 0800 call on Monday with an appointment set in the afternoon. Our son was home and Vince was able to diagnose and get water back to the house. Mountain View is first on our list for regular maintenance and repairs for our well and water system.

I called Mountain View this morning after my well suddenly stopped working. Although they were very busy they sent a crew out this afternoon and after a quick diagnosis informed me the problem was either the wire going down my to my pump or the pump itself. I asked them when could they pull it up to make repairs, they said they could do it right now, they quickly pulled up the well pipe and found a short in my wiring. We now have water again thanks to these awesome guys. I gave them 5 stars but they deserve 10. Fast service and great rates.

We were experiencing low pressure reading and had another business tell us our pump needed replacing (to a tune of $3200). That seemed crazy high so we called Mountain View Pumps
And Filtration for a second opinion. They were out the next day and found the problem - a small hole in the hex bushing. They did not replace the pump and our pressure reading is back
to normal. The cost of the repair was far far less then what we expected. We are very pleased and highly recommend this business.

Highly recommend these guys. We had an issue with our pump in our well, had no water for two days, during this Covid-19 pandemic when you need water! they came out & diagnosed it, gave us a quote for worse case scenario, told us what we needed to do for them to be able to do the job and as soon as we got it ready to call and they'd come and get the job done. We called when everything was ready and they were there in a jiffy. About 20-25 ft of pulling the pump out there was a broken wire! And you can only imagine how happy we were! Great guys! Thank you so much! They will have our business!

We completely lost all water in our home, on a Wednesday night. My husband replace the switch to the pump and still no water. Called Mountain View on Friday morning... and Ken came out within a half hour and had our water back up and running within 15 minutes (bad motor and circuit board).
Knowing less than zero; about pump and well workings, he could have really took advantage of me. Not only did he NOT do that... he was out the door with a VERY reasonable price!!

Stay away from this company! We had them come out to do a well inspection and bacteria/nitrate test before we purchased the home. We were offered a flow test as well but Marlene suggested we wait until we actually purchase the home to have it done. We have purchased the home and scheduled the flow test and were quoted $143 for the test. Vince came out to do the flow test and give us a well 101 while the test was going (he was extremely nice and helpful). He let us know the flow test wasn't needed but still gave us a 101, adjusted the pressure and cleaned the filter. He ordered a new filter for
