TGAC has been a shared vision of owners Scott and Julie Spence for many years. Having been in the Gymnastics world for over 30 years, and having supported 8 of their 14 children as they competed in the sport, the two felt that this was their calling. Scott and Julie coached at various other gymnastics facilities over the years then began coaching a mobile gymnastics/fitness and movement program at several schools in middle Tennessee.
After so many years of traveling around to these various locations for the sport that they love, they decided it was time to open a gymnastics facility right in their backyard and sow into their own community. And with 2016 being an Olympic year, what better time to start this new and exciting journey!

Services
Schedule your child's birthday party at TGAC and they're sure to have a fun, unique, and memorable birthday experience. Our parties are one hour and forty-five minutes and are supervised by a TGAC coach. For the first 60 minutes the children get to enjoy many activities in our gymnastics facility which include a zip line, trampolines, tumble track, and more.
We offer Parents Night Out (PNO) Every 1st and 3rd Saturday of the Month, 5:30-9:00pm. This allows you the opportunity to have a night out while your children enjoy recreational activities in a fun and safe gymnastics environment. Take this opportunity to further your gymnastics skills. Our experienced coaching staff will spend two hours teaching you to master techniques, break bad habits, and learn new skills.

I am very thankful to the coaches and staff at TGAC for all the work they do with my preschooler. I did not enroll her (at this point) to be the next Olympian. I enrolled her to learn how to follow directions, burn some much needed energy, and to socialize with others her age. She has learned these things and so much more! She has even learned some tricks to make her well on her way to being an Olympian. :) The entire team of coaches take responsibility for all the kids in the gym. They are constantly moving, encouraging, and motivating kids to do their best. They are dedicated and passionate about

My daughter recently started gymnastics here and we love it! The staff is knowledgeable, encouraging, and friendly. We tried several free trial classes at other programs including the one where I did recreational gymnastics for 14 years at and this one still felt like the best fit. I also really enjoy the fact that contemporary Christian music is played! So uplifting, for everyone!
