Services
After serving his country in the U.S. Air Force, and with inspiration from his Brother-In-Law, Robert Baker decided to pursue a career in the cycling industry. Since that time, the business has grown from a small bicycle shop to becoming a main staple in the cycling community within Rock Hill and the outlying areas.
Whether you ride mountain, road, or just like to cruise around your neighborhood; we got you covered when it comes to maintenance and repair. We fix all makes and models of bikes. So if you are looking for a tube replacement, or a complete overhaul, we can get you back to riding in no time. Our basic tune up includes a complete safety inspection as well as adjustment of all brakes and gears.

Just like to say thanks to the College Cycles team. They really have been great. Not only did they provide a high standard of professional service but they have given my bike a new lease of life. I heard great things about College Cycles from the local community and they live up to the reputation they have.
I would highly recommend.

I bought a bike a few years ago & its been in the shed a while.
I thought with the nice weather I would start using it.
There was a problem with one of the tyres so I to Crosby Cycles & they sorted it for me & didn't charge. Really nice fellas there & very helpful.
Would definately recommended

I had a fixer upper bike. I sorted majority myself however I wanted to put a kid's seat on it and a check over the gears so I can cycle my daughter around. They supplied and fitted the child's seat, fitted new gears and checked over the bike to make sure it was safe. Great bunch of guys and very helpful. Thanks

Took my Crossover bike there for some work and a tune up. They replaced my bent rear rim with a better constructed, American made rim and now my bike rides and shifts properly. They went over the bike and replaced everything which I knew that it needed. The price was good and believe the service and workmanship to be top notch. If you live in or near Rock Hill and need bike repair, accessories or a new bike, come here you will receive great service.

I love how companies profile individuals... lying about the time it will take to complete a service just to run a check to see if a bike is stolen. A 10min job but you tell customers 2 hrs so you can run a check on the bike. Don't assume someone stole something just because you think they don't fit your description of a person that could own a bike worth 3k. #Racists

I'm new to cycling and I'm approaching this review as a consumer/customer. Yes, the owner is chatty. However, I haven't been disappointed yet with the quality of service I have received from College Cycles. The owner has answered my newbie questions patiently and with grace. He's not snobby or condescending, which I have seen from other cycling enthusiasts and shops. I realize some folks are put off by the owner's verbosity, but you can tell he loves his jobs and loves interacting with his customers. I'll take that over rude or haughty behavior any day of the week

My wife consigned a bike through the human chatter box here. Whenever she called to check on it, she could never get an answer. He said he'd list it for $250 and they keep 25 percent. Told us if we sold on craigslist we would probably only get $100. Nine months later we finally go in to ask about it and it had sold...months before and they had just never called. Only gave us $115....multiple trips, calls, and exhausting conversation for an extra $15 bucks? No thank you. Two stars because he does seem to actually know what he's talking about...experience as a buyer may be different

While the owner has, in the past, tended to be a bit of a rambler, I have never known him or anyone else that works for him not give me great service or be intentionally underhanded in their performance or pricing. They are a little pricey but it's a small business so that's expected. They have always called and followed up with me about whatever I have needed.

I was selling my Bianchi and had to dismantle it and ship it to California so I took it here. The first reason you should never shop here is because this guy has poor time-management. He told me he could do it in 3 days. It took him 2 weeks, which brings me to reason number two why no one should ever do business with this guy, lack of follow-up. he never called me to update me on how lomg it was going to take or the progress made. i had to drive down there to check up on him several times. reason number 3, he talks your ear off about stuff that does not pertain to the mission at hand. i do not
